The Equestrian Intelligence Agency, or EIA for short. One of the most well known governmental organizations thorough Equestria, the EIA was formed by Princess Celestia after the defeat of Nightmare Moon, and specializes in espionage and dealing with high stakes situations.
When several of the Bearers of Harmony mysteriously disappear from their houses, Princes Celestia fears that something sinister is brewing, and orders the EIA to find out what happened to the Bearers, and put an end to any evil plans that might threaten Equestria. Will the Agency be able to find our missing heroes? Or will the entire world of Equestria be thrown into darkness? You'll just have to read the story to find out.

so in this universe nearly all the ponies are agents of celestia and Spitfire gets into a frenzy over some sweets,
btw I only got the Assassin's creed reference
2112836 Well, not every pony are agents of Celestia, but there are a lot. As for the whole sweets deal, that was a tiny thing that I put in to put a little comedy into the story before things take a turn for the worse. Also, that's good that you found at least one reference!
The other one was a reference to the first actual level in Halo 3 (Where it is fully playable): Sierra 117 Not truly a reference, but oh well
Well...nice story as of now. There is a whole lot of tension on all fronts combined with little to no explanation. Why did Shining Armor die? Ah well, let's see how your story will continue.

2125589 Thanks for your input, I can see what you mean. I will most likely have a chapter that explains a lot in the near future, so hang tight! And about Rainbow, her personality might change as the story progresses, I have not really worked with her yet. Spitfire101, my coauthor (I need to add that to the description) wrote the chapter that I felt portrays Rainbow's in-story personality the most so far (Chapter 2), so I will have to discuss her in-story personality with him. Wrapping this up, thanks for the criticism , it should help me improve the story's quality!

Now there is one question. Why didn't Dash think of this earlier? Was this some sort of last option she didn't want to consider? Also, being one of the top agents she still didn't knew of Spitfire being in the same agency as herself?
And I wouldn't worry about Vinyl Scratch - she has her bass canon
Also there is Fluttershys stare and all her loyal animal friends...maybe even some competent agents around to protect the pegasus. I think Fluttershy IS the safest of all of them, if you think about it.
2135340 Yes, explanation is coming! Now, about Rainbow, I have a shaky explanation for that since I didn't think it out. My explanation is she completely forgot about it until Spitfire mentioned the database being locked. As for Spitfire, she's part of the Agency's Special Operations Division, which is one of the most secretive parts of the organization. The SOD is mainly responsible for tracking and dispatching extremely dangerous enemies to the state, and guarding key ponies of interest.. Spitfire is part of the Director's security detail, which is so secretive that nopony outside the Director's inner circle knows who guards the director. So Rainbow doesn't know about Spitfire being an agent because she doesn't have the clearance necessary to know who's part of the Director's security detail. I hope I've cleared a thing or two up for you, but you can always ask if anything is still confusing to you!

Okay, let's answer on that one before I add something here that belongs to pirvate messages.
Dash can forget some things, that much is true (although, has anypony forgotten something in canon? Anything they can remember? *goes off into thinking mode*). I also believe of a special group inside a special group. Although Dash should at least know ABOUT it, seeing as she is one of the best agents in the field. (That leads to another question: Are there retired agents? I kinda got the image of a badass Granny Smith in my mind right now - complete with all her craziness
But I digress, in agencies those problems with the clearences are often the reasons stuff doesn't work there.
So yes, you cleared up a few things and as you've read I already put a suggestion in there. (Nothing serious, I just have quite the whacky imagination sometimes)
