Kind of a weird mix of rape and consent really gray lined. The orgasms could be explained better, and the sex needs some work, but it wasn't bad. The ending is kind of funny and sweet. Rarity is definitely up for it again based on her comment, and that does give it the right touch to stop it from being really dark.
This story was very nice, but some of the descriptions could have been handled better; the orgasms were a little bland and the ending could have a little more elaboration on Spike's transformation back. Maybe a small discussion about it, or such. There were several errors in the writing such as apostrophes and commas lacking here and there, but it never detracted from the story itself. Good show.

Uhhh... this is a bit of a tonal nightmare, sugarcube.
That's because it is full-on nonconsensual rape made to turn out okay by random handwaving and 'she really liked it'. Which is not the correct way to handle this sort of material- and I speak as a pony who has written rapey scenes and been held to a high standard over them.
I've seen all sorts of angles on rape but 'it was really her fault for teasing and anyway she soon liked it' is one of the nastier angles I've seen. I would suggest not trying to lighten this material because you have not in ANY way 'earned' that lightness, so you might as well leave it dark as hell. Trying to lighten it and give a happy ending is only making it much, much darker.
Let it be the nasty rape it clearly is, for Pete's sake.

Sorry, but this. I try to mention reasons for my thumbs and this really is more coherent than I would probably sound right now.
The actions or the ponies seem a bit ... extreme? Since we only see two and one of those is only for a few minutes, I mean Rarity's of course. She's not my favorite but making her out to be a gigantic cock-tease seems a bit harsh. Not outside possibility but, eh, it seems off to me. Spike's dialogue is repetitive - within reason for the situation I suppose but it does tend to grate. Sexual content: Thankfully, the physiology is mostly on track (meaning the female physiology - too often I read about constant female squirting and such and, guys, most women don't work that way sorry) though rubbing a clit while practicing anal sex does not necessarily make anal 'ok' for the female.
Overall, there isn't a whole lot here. Positive or negative. It is what it is. The rape aspect that's made 'ok' because she was teasing is, well, really fucking off putting to me though. I don't mind rape, I don't even mind people exploring feelings of responsibility on the part of the victim but this seems like it was more 'straight faced' and put forth as a positive experience for Rarity than I like. If this is your fetish, go for it. I'm just not feeling it. Sorry.

As a responsible adult, Rarity could have prevented this. However, Spike showing his awareness after the event shows that he should be properly punished.

Well, I read it, even though this is definitely not my fetish...the sex was OK, though you totally glossed over how awful the "back door" must have been for Rarity.
That, and the whole "trying to make it OK because she liked it" thing was poorly handled. Thankfully I'm not a rape victim, but I know people who have been raped, and the contrast of physical pleasure against their emotional misery is a *very* difficult thing for them to grasp. Rape isn't just OK because they orgasm (the body is the body, and will respond to physical stimulus, regardless of who causes it).
I think you could have gone many more directions with this than you did. I'm downvoting not because it's rape--while I am not a rape fetishist and I think rape/molestation/assault are heinous crimes, I'll read about taboo subjects if they can handle the taboo well--I'm downvoting because I think you could have done much, much better.
