Well, some of the times, you don't start out with capitalization, and you forgot to put some commas where some of the dialogue ended.
Also, you capitalized the first letter after the dialogue. Unless you're ending the the dialogue with a period to start a new sentence, that's a big no no.

First off, another fantastic chapter! And now for questions. I've got 4 no wait 5. Okay, the first 2 are for Theloved, What species are you, and how long have your kind been on this planet. the next 2 questions are for thefeared. what is your opinion of fluttershy, and secondly, how do you feel about pinkie pie knowing EVERYTHING about you? And the 5th question is for Pinkie Pie. I know she'll see this because of her awesome ability to completely decimate the fourth wall. How long did you know that Fluttershy wasn't really a pony? And now just my opinion. I really don't like G.U.L.L. They seem like just another stupid group of people who are trying to commit genocide just because somepony is different. That bothers me to no end. Actually while I'm still pissed, I think I'll have a small "chat" with them. *gets up off the couch and walks over to the unnoticed large, blue Police Public Call Box that was in the middle of the room, steps inside and seconds later the box disappears*

my opinion of flutteshy? huh thats an interesting question, well we're pretty close. i think i know her better then any of her friends or even better then herself. i would say i was like her best friend if i wasn't her worst enemy. the pink knows me pretty well, however she does not as you say know everything. if i were her i would be very carful where she sticks her witch craft. and i'll be sure to stay out of hers her powers are no joke.

my keeper has no or concept interest in fun. however he finds it fascinating to watch since he doesn't understand it. The only ones that don't run from him are fillies so he often experiments on them to see what they find fun. however my keeper often can't tell the difference between screams and laugher and ponies tend to be fragile.

cursor: "messenger", She appears with x's over her eyes, and she is referred to as "the selfish".
persolus: his visage resembles that of an old man, and he is referred to as "the hermit".
swain: He has been shown wearing a theater mask and an old European soldier uniform. He is referred to as "the lover" .
firebrand : The person with the pinhole eyes and smile. "the stubborn".
