I was wondering about that, and I know Sil so I don't think you will have a problem getting permission to use it as cover art. She is also on of favorite artists in the fandom.

I enjoy anything that shows Celestia as she really is, and show the true relationship between her and Luna. They are sister who would do anything for each other. Both are reasons why I added the story to the "Protect Celestia" group.

1909208 Well, this isn't the first time I use her art I also used one of her arts on my TwiLuna one-shot "Best Disctraction" but I just want to make sure that she is OK with it before putting the picture here.

Yeah, I also enjoy those stories. Although I don't mind Celestia being a troll here and there but it depends on the story.
And thanks! I just hope FiMFiction changes their site since I really don't like it how you can't see if your story is put in a group that you aren't in. Or is there a way to see it? If so, I must be blind or something...

As long as Celestia is trying lighten up the mood and not pull tricks and jokes for her own amusement (like how she acted in the episode she comes to Ponyville with Phiomina) I'm fine with it as well, though I prefer the term jokester as opposed to troll. So you aren't told... huh well that is interesting, that does seem to be a problem.
