The past catches up with everypony, eventually. Nopony can avoid it, for better or worse. When Applejack meets somepony from her past she thought she had long since forgotten, the event turns into a catalyst that would change her life in unexpected ways.
A/N (I know there's a specific section for this, shush for a sec) : To anyone who has read my one-shot TwiDash, you would know that I used media links to aid and supplement the story. To anyone who hasn't, well...yeah. It was met with mixed reactions. Some said it distracted from the story, others said it was awesome. Changed the formula a bit this time. There will still be media links in future chapters, but they are not an integral part of the story unlike last time. They are not required to be opened to fully understand the events unfolding. So, just know this before reading, when you come across a piece of blue text, it will be a link to a song I think is appropriate for the scene, but keep in mind this is optional. That misspell is at She broke into a gallop. Nopony seemed to have noticed the orange blur that ran past them. They should have. It was the only colour they could see in this" bleak" world.
It made me think a bit, Was it supposed to be black? Am I wrong?
