Well, we could use more description. The city of Clawedny were barely described from the air, and because it's a completely new place for the reader, we can't get any heads-nor-tails of how it looks. Lightning's house is also a chance to describe its owner -- I like the calendar touch, but maybe you want to have the dishes all done in military precision, etc, befitting a person of her personality.
