2311292 I think I didn't phrase it well, so I'll probably fix that part with Luna, I apologize for any confusion there. As for telling him about her ability there was no point since he would forget.
As for Rarity, I have a reason for making her act like a jerk to him, it's not obvious, but i will explain eventually, now I hope that reason CAN be something people will accept, but I'll deal with it as it comes.

I know Twilight is one to drop and ignore everything else when something urgent comes up like this, but this is ridiculous! I probably would have forgiven him quicker than what Twilight is doing. I mean, she's just flat out giving him the cold shoulder and for what? Because John, a human, is new to a world full of intelligent multicolored ponies, stressed out because of it, and didn't even know that Pinkie was behind him in the first place making the insult an accident? I understand that Twilight is mad for John hurting one of her friends cause I've gotten mad for this very reason several times. What Twilight is doing to John though, is wrong.
I guess in the end it goes back to the old saying that two wrongs don't make a right. In the grand scheme of things, she is acting immature and needs to move on. Especially since her and the group have to save the Crystal Empire soon. Better to have things out of the way and taken care of, than to have stuff like this sitting in the back of your head. But hey, I'm not miss Mcgrumpy-pants (as Pinkie would put it).
Enough of my rant and sorry about that.
I just can't stand it when people, or ponies in this case, hold on to grudges like this. No matter how horrible the act. My only exception would be somebody else causing the death of loved ones because that type of hurt is deeper than any other type of emotional pain out there. Good chapter man, and I eagerly await for the next chapter. I'm rooting for a victory for John and Pinkie here in this whole mess and hope that Twi faces this issue like the brave pony that I know she can be.
