Also, just what is Celestia keeping from him exactly? Meanwhile Irenius is starting to get a taste of life in Ponyville. Both parties may get just a little bit more then they bargained for.
(Taking place after Case 15 which I consider to be Noir's midseason finale, this tale leads into the second half of the season. and will drop many hints as to what to expect upcoming)
