The Great and Powerful Trixie, having done considerable harm to her sterling reputation in the unmitigated disaster that was her Ponyville show, arrives for her next performance in the isolated town of North Neighverbrook. There, far removed from her recent humiliation, Trixie is sure she can finally get her life back on track with a successful show. Fame, wealth, the admiration of an entire town's worth of strangers, it's everything Trixie wants. Really, the whole Ponyville incident aside, Trixie's life is perfect. Absolutely perfect.

A simple but quite enjoyable story. It's always nice when I see other people's interpretation of Trixie when she isn't a total bitch or a revenge-driven idiot.

Have a mustache. :moustache:

Nice, trixie still the lovable stubborn pony! <3

2986913 I agree with this. It's nice to see Trixie do her actual job instead of playing the part of a one-dimensional antagonist. After all, she'd have to be at least passably good at it to make it a career and build up that ego.

This is a Trixie with both good qualities and bad, and they're quite justified. What's more, her 'antagonist', though obstructive and troublesome, is just doing his job, rather than making it personal. This is very good writing.
