I think I could try my hand at editing, it doesn't look like it needs to be edited very much.. In the future you could try starting a new line when someone speaks, makes it less confusing.

don't get him to teach twilight or any of the main six shouts, 1. that would be really cheesy and 2. think of the lore here it takes years to even lean the most simple shout no matter how good you are at magic. other than that good chapter i enjoyed it.
