How long does it take you to think these things up? Because I consistently find them hilarious.
3679330 It really varies. Once I've come up with an idea, it's usually only a few minutes to get the sentences straightened out and sometimes trim it to under 100 words. (I only stick with that rule because the first of these turned out at exactly 99, entirely by accident.) Coming up with the topics for ideas is another matter entirely. As I'm sure any comedian can tell you, once you know what you're talking about the jokes practically write themselves. Hunting for a subject to be funny about is where the real challenge lies, which is why I happily accept prompts.
