Lol, since I read that fic I immediately had some strange thoughts of what would be in that box
The box contained her secret hamburger that she needed for her secret hamburger addiction. It's all Pinkie's fault, she brought one through after going to MickeyD's with a slight detour through 'some wall'. She's scared that someone is going to figure out her craving and the only reason Pinkie lied about not opening it is because she sent it to Dash in the first place.
The end.
Also, Pinkie's many travels also brought glue to Equestria in secret. Nopony knows what's in it.
Glue and burgers are in the box.
