Twilight Sparkle has come to Fluttershy in hopes of using her love and care for animals to help her with a bit of a problem: A magical mishap stemming from Twilight's magical practice have caused every known documentation of animals and beasts to have been destroyed! More than scared to tell the Princess about what happened she calls upon Fluttershy to set out and document every species she comes across so that Twilight can re-publish every book (hopefully before said Princess finds out about what happened).
Fluttershy, of course, can't say no to her friend in need and adventures ensue as she travels far and wide with her faithful companion Angel. However it isn't as easy as it first sounded as she realizes it may be a bit more dangerous than she first thought, and that animals and beasts can have similar problems to ponies. Problems that only a certain yellow pegasus can solve.

Although after some rereading and feedback from a friend, I'm tempted to rewrite the start. Same basic idea, but just worded differently.
