Eeeeeyeah. Gonna have to say no, and I liked Cupcakes.
The idea of Twilight becoming a a substitute teacher was interesting, but probably would have been better as a comedy where in her insanity, she tied up Cheerilee and went to teach her class, but ends up accidentally hurting the kids in comedic ways.
Well, this was an actually pretty well written gorefic. Not much in the way of spelling or grammar issues, if any. The only thing I could really complain about is a few spots of telling as opposed to showing.

Not gonna lie, I laughed throughout this entire fic. Scootaloo's predicament was especially enjoyable. This was well written and I enjoyed it. Porn was only half expected but I smiled like Twilight during the whole thing. My emotions are conflicted however. I just watched a 90 minute video deatiling the horrors of the food industry (still deciding personal opinion) and had trouble seeing animals treated poorly, then I choose to read this, picture everything happening in perfect reality and I laugh. And I'm not sorry for it.

Rainbow Dash: horrived what became of scoots, and swored to become Celestia's personal bounty hunter ever sense.
Fluttershy: basicly became even more secluded.
Applejack: Became the town drunk, and the disgrace of the apple family.
Spike: lives with Celestia now (if he survived, your story never said what became of him.)

Shining Armor and Candence: Armor was dishonorably discharged because of his sister, and Candence became a lesbian, and married Trixie.

Part of me agrees with you completely and wishes to know exactly why I found this funny.
The other part doesn't care in the slightest amount and continues to laugh.
...So yeah, it's pretty disturbing. But on a semi-related (but not really at all) note, Disturbed happens to be my favorite band.
I'd also like to add it was midnight, this was recommended to me by a friend with the only explanation being that it had Spike, a crazy Twilight, and a Dark tag. Not knowing all that I was getting myself into set me up to expect something I'd find funny or interesting (that's all he ever recommends). But I still love the story and do not regret reading it. Going back and forth on the regret at laughing though.

Sadism is a little strong though. I'm actually just cynical rather than sadistic. Hate the world and humanity and how the only thing that gets you places is money,the government is stupid, blah blah blah, etc. This is probably why I watch the show. Without it, I'm sure I would be a much darker person. Not crazy enough to do anything stupid (my intelligence wouldn't let me), but just not a fun person to be around. But since I found ponies that's not the case!

Even though I don't like horror stories so much, this was very well written, so I still enjoyed reading it.
That Twilight and Spike shipping was kinda weird, but still somehow fitting to the whole story. I expected a 2nd chapter instead of the unresolved ending, though.
tl;dr: I expected Twilight doing something crazy because of the image, but didn't really expect a horror story.
