An alicorn foal is found in a forest clearing with no memory of where or who she, which makes it all the more ironic that she has a perfect memory. She is raised by a retired Royal Guard Captain and permanently injured Wonderbolt in a small, heavily forested town on the wild western edge of Equestria as a pegasus, but is banished from the town through no fault of her own. On her coming of age birthday as well, of course.
