Goblin

I sense something. A presence I’ve not felt since.

T

A politically sharp young man dies in a sabotage he never saw coming. When he wakes, it’s not in any afterlife—it's in an unfamiliar, frozen wasteland, sealed in armor not his own, breathing like a machine, and carrying a red blade he doesn't remember. The world is strange, colorful, and wrong. Talking horses. Black crystals. A tyrant king. And no way home.

Good Story thus Far, Hope to see it continued.

Bro the amount of aura farming from Vader throughout this whole story is insane, and I love it. I wonder how well diplomacy will go between the empire and Equestria, and which villain will try to ruin the peace.

I'm really enjoying it

I'm digging this story so far, and as a big Star Wars fan, especially for Vader, you've done him right.

He's definitely quite similar to Sombra, though far more tragic and actually has standards, and if he knew Sombra basically enslaved innocents, Vader would most likely end him quickly due to his past as a slave and the abuse, suffering, treachery, deception and pain he had dealt with over his life.

Seeing him as a hero here is also awesome, and as a potential new ruler in Equestria.

Okay. I am hooked.
*Makes Puppy-Dog-Eyes* I canz haves some more?

Good story soo far. Hope it continues.

A story with Vader. Impressive, most impressive...

So the only thing that's changed about Vader that I can see in this is that he has lost his anger, and hatred and his memories have been fogged up. This is exactly how I expect Vader to act without his anger.

...Bum-bum-bum-ba-da-dum-ba-da-dummm...

Luna sniffed. “We still think ‘ Aura Maxing’ is a dreadful words.”

Thats exactly what a low aura beta would say. Just jealous Vader is aura maxing like an alpha sigma

I'm sorry for everyone who had to read this 🙏🥀

Oh this is…this is peak….THIS IS PEAAAKKK!!!

That's one hell of a speech. Succinct and to the point, but damn, the EMOTION behind that... bravo!

Interesting... The princesses came to a FOREIGN country and DEMAND its ruler to report to them, threatening with consequences... Disgusting.

I am digging this Twi/Vader thing you got going on. I have no idea if it's your end game or not, but it's pretty riveting as it is right now.
And all the introspection on Vader's part is simply *chefs Kiss* exemplary! Also, the subtle nods to the varying parts of Star Wars trivia you keep bandying about is just tickling some of the fan-boy brain goop that I haven't been able to enjoy for a while; thanks for that :D

So far, this story has proven superior to All Hail The Dark Lord, in terms of how it handles Vader in line with his more modern nuances.

Ugh this story is so good and gripping and just all around a narrative rollercoaster of self reflection

I care not about the likes or the dislikes. I write for me and me alone.

Did you have the romance tag In mind for this story?

This Story is good The grammar is Good looks like it might just be a Favorite

To be honest, the visions are starting to get repetitive. To the point of stagnation.

No praise.

Vader being humble like his older self is very nice to see!

Vader becoming king of the Crystal Empire is a pure chad move, and seeing a lot of his past traits as Anakin here is awesome to witness!

I think the repetitiveness of the visions is kind of the point, though I think its more as a driving force and hammer to hit on Vader's head than anything that we the reader are supposed to identify with. It's the reactions outside of the visions and memories that we should really be paying attention to. I've noticed, with each memory loop he's gone through, his reactions have been... different. Its like he's going through the stages of grief. We've seen Denial and Anger, and now we're starting to see some bargaining. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a few more memory sequences that slowly shift him the rest of the way through Bargaining and set us into Depression and then the penultimate Acceptance.

If i'm right, the next BIG arc will happen once we get to the acceptance stage (that is if things keep to their current pattern.)

{to the author ~ I'm loving how you're handling Vader's little personality quirks and how our Local Human's influence has dulled the ache a bit. Having our Local Librarian Mare pick his brain with kindness is just chef's kiss on this whole thing. Kudos to you for all of that :)}

“I will anchor it with action,” he finally said. “Not vanity.”

Canon Vader right here! In contrast to other Imperials, Vader never was driven by prideful egocentric actions, but by militaristic duty, and because it was all he had left.

You've proven to be excellent at capturing Vader's character very well, dude, especially as this is a more redeemed, but also more patient and calmer take on the character!

I've been enjoying the story so far keep up the good work

This is getting repetitive. It's going in a loop.

Twilight groaned into her scarf. “I am not crushing on a six-foot-tall armored enigma who breathes like a haunted organ.”

:trixieshiftright:

“I’m not with Vader,” Twilight groaned, covering her face with both hooves. “It was one walk.”

Twilight possessing multiversal rizz seems about right!
