This one reads rather fast, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. That said maybe you might want to slow down a bit during the character interactions after this, since they go by so fast it's hard to get any substance out of it.

Honestly good start. My 2 bits though is to make the chapters longer. Though I understand if you struggle on that part, I do write fics as well.
Honestly, I'd love to see what the test was instead of it being skipped. Plus, it would add to our protagonist to see how he reacts to the friendship questions.

I don't know why but CozyHearth makes sense for a reason ?. They never interact and they are like 10 years apart minimum, but, I think is the fact that Flurry could be any character that you want it to be, and that mostly is written like a couple so impart with each other. Both with power on words,cunning mind's , and vast intellect. Making them a "Love is War" type off relationship.

Given the kind of people 4channers are, talons (from griffons and dragons) would be every bit as much of an upgrade on hands as telekinesis. (My spellcheck recognizes "4channers" for some reason.

The script apparently called for an impersonator, but then the first season did so well that they were willing to splurge on the actual guy. I suspect he wouldn't have bothered with his disguise in Season 9 if it didn't save Hasbro a bunch of money (in addition to being a Big Name, John de Lancie is also dyslexic and this requires accommodations). As the fourth wall breaks in this chapter suggest, I extend these suspicions to the in-character rationale.
Cozy could probably demand hazard pay on par with the on screen royal guard whenever she has to foalsit Flurry.

Cozy Glow: "The Ultimate Straight Filly of Ponyville" saddled with the Cute Unstable WMD this chapter.
Golly it sure is nice that Cozy's new body comes with muscle memory for flight and magic. Maybe she could enlist Dinky to help with babysitting next time.
I like a joke (transition) chapter as much as the next guy, but the level of crap Cozy went through here makes me wish there was some sort of plot-relevant consequence. I'm pretty sure what Twilight did in delegating that babysitting responsibility onto a literal (unpaid) child is illegal on some level.
Even more so when you consider the very real threat to life that a child with the magical power equivalent to a nuclear bomb has.
And the fact that Cozy ended up in the hospital for hypothermia (something that, you know, is lethal in children and the elderly, much more lethal than by default) and she was forced to work on a ship just to get back (child labor, a grueling one to boot and potentially deadly: seriously, life on a ship is hard, for anyone).
Maybe I'm taking this too seriously.
Damn... I just clicked on this story on a whim, then when I was confusingly familiar with the tone of the MC's inner monologue and double checked the author? Dude, I didn't know you wrote in places other than QQ. It's like going shopping and seeing your teacher out of their natural habitat.
