D'aww. Kinda thought translating the baby babble was wierd, was expecting more of a mutual understanding that eliminated any need for any form of language. Still, awesomeness. 4/5 yays.
I love how you explained that Pound and Pumpkin's powers were only temporary and by the time this fic takes place those powers are gone, this is a nice short little fic staring two of the cutest foals ever seen.

I had honestly thought about writing one (not for the contest), but I don't have any ideas. Although it would be funny to try it, maybe I could squeeze something out of my head before October 31.

The baby babble was confusing to start with (I've gotten too used to the Cake twin stories by the lovely Cloud Wander) but It quickly became a favourite to me. Definitely going to look forward to more from you.
2037888 True, Cloud Wander's style is different from mine, richer and more elaborated. He (or she?) is really good at portraying how Pound and Pumpkin connect with each other, and how they see the world around them. This was just a silly story about cookies, and I thought the baby talk would be something funny to do.
