The basketweaving forums were full of bitching about "batniggers" and "species traitors". There's something all the liberals on Reddit and X (formerly Twitter) and the conservatives on the aforementioned basketweaving forums could agree with: don't fuck bat ponies, get yourself a human girl instead.

Are you sure those are liberals and conservatives? Most of them don't sound like that on X. What you're describing sounds more like the rusting hulk of the alt-right living off of inattentive moderation and hundreds of sock-puppet accounts. For a story that's trying to sound extremely online, this is a pretty tone-deaf attempt at satire.
