Honestly don't know what fics you're reading that I'm not. Most that I read never have Twilight out of Character, and I could care less about originality if it's a good read.
Regardless, gonna give this a read. Always enjoy some good TwiDash shipping.

I really hope that you all enjoy it. Chapter two is shaping up quite nicely, and I'm about halfway through writing it, and I'm having a lot more fun writing this than I did Perseverance, although that was quite enjoyable as well. In other words, hopefully I'll have the second chapter out by the end of the week, depending on events.

Hmmm, A statistical anomaly. I am very, very interested. After all, I haven't read a single ship fic for TwiDash that does not already have A: a preexisting relationship/romantic interest, Or B: a rushed or spontaneous declaration of undying love after three weeks of knowing each other better, and/or sexual intercourse five weeks into the relationship.
And trust me, I have probably read every semi-decent TwiDash fic ever.

I really like the story so far. The pacing is nice, and there's no immediate "I love RD/Twilight but I'm keeping it a secret" sort of thing.

I second this, also the fact that you're starting the story off with them having a platonic relationship. Most of the Mane 6 ships that I've read always start with one or both parties already having feelings for the other, or even if they start off platonic, it immediately jumps into their relationship. Keep up the good work!
This is great, most stories progress way to fast without any real build up, but you seem to be doing things in a more realistic tempo

You should have more faith in your writing. I've certainly enjoyed reading this story, and the chapters are definitely worth the wait.
Pacing-wise, it's nice to have found a great story that actually takes the time to build the relationship essentially from scratch, rather than jumping in within these first four or five chapters. Keep it up, I say!

I think it says alot of the fanfics i usually read that all i can think at the moment is "well twilight just cast a spell and isn't staying to watch the results... Cue cloud turning into a hurricane due to complications"
Finally getting around to reading this one. Just a note I'd want to add before I get back into reading the story, there are some things that don't really bear explanation and just slow the story down. For instance:

Being descriptive is good, but you can have too much of a good thing :P

That's where I go when I don't want to read shipping.
It feels less like feelings are growing and more like they are subconsciously deeply in love with each other already, and simply oblivious.
I was going to leave a several paragraph stream of consciousness comment but decided it may be appreciated if I am a bit more brief. I am enjoying this so far. Twidash is adorable. I want to see how this develops further. Maybe Twi will recommend some other books to a reluctant Dash and more cute bonding would ensue. Twilight was the one that knew what Rainbow would like to read in the first place, to the point that the pegasus seems to have already devoured the series by this point.
