Why do I feel like this stuff about beast minders is gonna involve humans...

Not gonna lie, this bit with him trying different things has been dragging on for too long now. We have two whole chapters where nothing really happens. He tries a thing, he fails, he goes back to square one, rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat.

Maybe you have something planned that ties everything together and makes all those dead-ends important, but I can't imagine how. If you don't, I really suggest wrapping it up before people start losing interest.

Seems that Discord has bestowed some chaos magic upon William... I wonder how it'll present itself during his tests... Or after he fails? My bet is that he fails, and does something insane with chaos magic while trying to not be sent to the recycler.
