I have one more Blueblood story in the works - it's with Shining Armor, and a mix of adventure and drama. I'm not sure when/if I'm going to finish it (got a bit stuck after a few chapters), but this one also aims to show BB in a much douche-less way, than the show.
Will there be a sequel to this?

A romance is definitely (the journey of how they reconcile and slowly fall in love with each other or remain friends) and, in addition to that, I don't know, maybe some mystery, drama, or intrigue, depending on which part of the alternate canon (season of the original series) it would take place in (or not follow the canon at all and create something entirely different—there are always many options).
Although taking into account that the area would probably concern the environment of the elites and the royal court or I don't know what, there are many possibilities, it is an option for a romantic story with mystery and drama

The question is, would Rarity still be interested after all this time... Yeah, she accepted the apology, and she doesn't consider Blueblood an ass anymore, but... at the same time, she's also over her dream from S1 of marrying a prince (the story takes place after FiM or in the later seasons). Plus, the ending is left open, so we don't know whether they 'clicked' beyond having a pleasant conversation.
Honestly, if this goes anywhere beyond the one-shot, it probably won't be anytime soon (unless somebody else decides to write it). But who knows, I never wrote a romance; maybe I'll give it a shot one day
In full honesty, the idea of Blueblood not being an ass in reality is not really an original idea as i have seen other fanfics and art that implement it before, but either way, its a great story!
