Ya I doubt Moondancer will be able to study friendship, it took alot of work for that to happen and that was thanks to Twilight.
I'm more than worried on what's gonna happen when Tirek appears. Though I'm surprised Celestis could actually stop Twilight's accession considering she ascended because she made a new type of magic which is friendship magic. Twilight created that, nobody else, not to mention it was also thanks to her being the element of magic and her friends being the element bearer's which also means if Celestia is planning on ascending another pony, it's not gonna happen for a very very long time if ever. And when I say long time I mean centuries.
Which also means Twilight will probably ascend anyways wether Celestia like it or not. Some parts of this story was interesting to read and also hilarious, especially Celestia's reactions.
