This is a MLP x Godzilla Crossover Fanfiction. Even if you are not familiar with the Godzilla franchise, the story itself can still be read, and lore explanations will be provided!

Equestria is in a Golden Age, one that is perhaps even better than Celestia's thousand-year reign. Peace has spread across the land, to the neighboring nations. The Magic of Friendship seems to grow by the day. With that desire to innovate, to better the lives of her subjects and non-subjects alike, Twilight Sparkle inadvertently stumbles across something strange in the ice...
The Defeat of the Second Godzilla...
It was a very joyous day for Japan; Kiryu laid beneath the waves, Mothra's offspring and the Shobijin were gained as valuable allies, and yet, things only seemed to get worse. Kaiju began popping up across the globe. Many allied nations were attacked, and the Maser Cannons could do little to stop the onslaught of beasts. While initially the Mechagodzilla Project had been shelved, whenever it was obvious that humankind needed a weapon... well, there was no need to create anything new.
As the old saying goes, if it isn't broken, don't fix it...
Though it's hard to say that the machine dragon himself isn't broken.
Godzilla and all respective characters obviously belong to Toho, and MLP obviously is property of Hasbro.
This is a pet project I might expand further on in the future. I am unsure if I will make sequels or just keep it one solid long-fic like my Fallout post.

Welp... So much for first impressions, perhaps a good idea is to get to know the Giant robot before you ask to study their innards to become the tech-oriented superpower of your planet (never mind the fact your nation already controls the sun, moon, and a huge amount of it's magic).
Funnily enough, her talent might be able to allow Flutters to talk to Kaiju, could be useful if others show up
I don't remember what the black portal is, so It's either from the comics I have not read, or a side affect of Alien tech that I forgot about, they get around in the Monsterverse so I wouldn't put it past them.

Loving this story so far. Awesome seeing the coolest MG get some love. Interesting Kiryu's supposedly 100 meters in this while in canon he's 60 meters.
So far, this has me hooked.
Twilight is truly showing why Celestia chose to mold the little unicorn puppet into an artificial alicorn. A mare who will strive to better Equestria obsessively, with several lazy safeguards put in place to reign her craziness in. Celestia’s third attempt at a retirement plan is running as she desired. Until it inevitably collapses with all under or influenced by Twilight's rule.
This Twilight is already ahead of schedule with bringing the downfall of Equestria.
I eagerly await to see what happens.

That was all the humans wanted, the ones who knew him wanted. not those who twisted him and controlled him in the end Goji will find that Twilight was right that he has a choice and in the deepest part of his mind even deeper than the part that accepted his role as a weapon lies a thought that maybe in this new world, he can choose to rest like a certain king Cesar. since Ceser is effectively MechaGoji. (I hope you have that in his database. King Cesar was an artificial creation too who slept till he was needed)

There are multiple incarnations of Mechagodzilla with different origins. Mechagodzilla from the Heisei films (Or Mechagodzilla 2 if you want) is fully manually piloted. This Mechagodzilla (Called Mechagodzilla 3 or Kiryu) has an onboard AI, (and something else inside of him...) and while at times he is controlled by humans manually in the films, he has his own free will.
Okay how are you getting these chapters out so fast? Did you pre-write all this stuff or is your superpower writing?

I will say I can write quick, relatively speaking I suppose. Whether you wanna call that a superpower or not, it's up to you, haha! I wrote the first three in the span of a day or two given they were a combined total of like 6ish thousand words. I then gave them a few minor edits, and then uploaded them. Chapter 4 went back and forth a lot more, (Thanks to the Awesome Soaring) but I got it done in a day or so as well, and then edited the day after. Same with 5. I just have a good deal of free time on my hands at the moment lol.

THE NEBULANS DESIRED TO TAKE EARTH BECAUSE THEY NEEDED A NEW PLANET TO COLONIZE AFTER IT'S RESOURCES WERE SQUANDERED AND IT'S LAND POLLUTED BY THE FORMER DOMINANT SPECIES.
THEY WISHED TO TAKE A NEW WORLD THAT THEY PERCIEVED TO BE FALLING TO A SIMMILAR FATE.
IT MAY HAVE BEEN DESPERATION OR A LIE THEY TOLD THEMSELVES TO JUSTIFY THEIR ACTS, BUT CONSIDERING HUMANS LEAD TO THE CATASTROPHIC EVOLUTIONS OF HEDORAH I WOULD NOT BE SURPRIZED IF THE NEBULAN'S PREDICTIONS WERE INDEED TRUE
