Nice
Point Tempest, but that is not all, no. There is a reason why wait until now, she knows more she knows Amon cards. And like a pro poker player she is showing one at a time.
Amon may have 3 queens, but Tempest is still has a king, and there are two more cards close to her hearth.
Are you sure about that?
In any event, while Tempest may have scored some points in this chapter, I wonder a bit how much she was actually “in character”. She’s canonically a badass in a number of ways, sure, but deep insight into other creatures’ character? I’m not necessarily convinced that that is one of her stronger points... (In fact, since Sombra showed up again just last chapter and he’s both now a ghost of sorts with a fair bit of concerning inside knowledge of Canterlot and canonically something of an expert at mind control anyway, part of my brain has concocted the idea that Tempest’s apparent sudden change in both manner and approach could actually be his doing. Time will tell.)

You can't prove anything!
As for how she's acting in the story, who knows? Only time will tell if your theory is correct...
Tempest acting like this feels weird, I'm just gonna say it. She's basically an Ork from Warhammer. She's in charge of the Storm King's army 'cause she's the biggest and strongest, she's brutal, and she's cunnin'...er, cunning. Wagh. Ahem.
Playing on Anon's personal fears to manipulate and deceive him is clearly coming from King Sombra's influence in some way, but to me it feels like crossing from military cunning into being an evil asshat. We're still early on and there's lots of places still to go, but that's the reaction I came away with at the end of this chapter.
That was WAY out of character... Who was pulling the strings?
another excellent chapter
🎶But when does a comet become a meteor?
When does a candle become a blaze?
When does a man become a monster!?🎶
