Celestia is very tired.
... Today.
She really wants to go to sleep. Negotiating with her was always a difficult task. Celestia could not wait for the day she keeled over and died. There was a special bottle of champagne ready.
But that bucking package.

Hello. Was struck by inspiration and this was the product. This is set in the same universe as Noctra Havarax is (love me a shameless plug). Hope you guys enjoy!

Well, that was rather entertaining. Thanks for sharing that vid. I could only grin while it ran, considering all of the old gangster images, each one smoking a cigarette.
I found this story quite...interesting. I've always had a hunch that, behind the facade she put on daily, that there was a small girl there, afraid and lonely, longing for the lost sister.
And that is truly the tragedy of the canon. How the Harmony magic tore the sisters apart, one imprisoned far away as a shadow on the moon's face, while the elder sister was just as imprisoned, but left alive and aware, always to recall the times before Luna's nightmare, For Celestia was just as imprisoned as her lost sister and forced to live onward. Sure, it has been said that nopony ever dies in the show, but a thousand years is a very long time to be imprisoned, and Celestia was forced to remain like that until Twilight finally came and freed her sister.
Truly, Celestia was the real hero of the show, yet so many mock her character.
I don't.
Wow. This is a great story. The character of Celestia in here is amazing - her guilt and shame, her sorrow and internal struggle with the things she's done (or didn't do) are conveyed in just the right way. And i loved how descriptive the prose is, how you paint the entire picture down to little details, both in physical sense and in regards to feelings and emotions. I may be a big biased because i'm a sucker for everything related to Luna and the story of her tragic exile, and this fanfic has certainly made me feel things. Great work.
Does alicorn physiology allow them to form addictions? The next iteration of this will no doubt be Luna trying Zyns lol. (This was a great fic btw)

Yeah. I like to think her laissez-faire attitude toward things was born out of her struggle with losing her sister. Going from wanting to control everything to choosing to let things go and being brave enough to have faith in others.
Thanks for the comment!

Thank you for the kind comment!
Luna's exile is also one of my soft spot topics so I'm glad I was able to deliver.

The way I think of it, yeah probably. My headcannon has always been that Celestia is helplessly addicted to sugar (as the community LOVES to pair Celestia with cake).
As for Luna trying Zyns? Now that's an interesting idea...
Thanks for the comment!

Just like in my story, I have Dusk say that being an alicorn, any damage the body takes will be repaired by the alicorn magic, which would include addiction to cigarettes or alcohol. How else can you explain why Celestia has lived so long. Her alicorn magic keeps her alive and healthy, not to mention how her beauty has lasted for longer than a thousand years...
The coverart is better than anything I could come up with. Great story BTW.
