So I actually didn't really like Nightmare Moon that much before writing this, but while writing this I had an epiphany and realized she's awesome, even if her version of history is 100% my own fanon that I made up just for this story. So that's cool, I guess.

That's kinda like what happened to me with Trixie.
I used to hate her a while back.
Then I came up with some ideas for Trixie's character for another writer in /mlp/, then wrote a oneshot of my own. I built this whole background story and gave her this reason for acting like a bitch, and now I adore her.
God what have I done?

This is the only story I've ever written where I felt like I was trolling myself along with the readers - it was a shame to have spent ages writing a kickass backstory for Nightmare Moon and a slightly alternate version of the show's lore only to have it end with crushed pelvis.
But ah well. If, by some weird chance, another user on this site sees this and wants to use the intro for this story as the basis for a non-comedy story about Nightmare Moon, I'd be happy to let them use it.

Well, the Scootaloo one I did had a couple of people feeling uneasy and I actually got a private message sent to me on this site asking me if I was a recovering pedophile, which confuses me to this day.

The way this story began, it might have been a Zecora story. Do you plan to write a story involving her?
I know I keep saying that he should make peace with Nurse Redheart, but I think I'm at the point where I would miss that running gag. Now, when I read your story, I do not only want to know how the protagonist screws up this time, but also how Nurse Redheart will react to it.
It seem the protagonist is a very unlucky lucky stallion. He does get a lot of action (with both princesses and the Elements of Harmony among others!). And at first the mares actually do want him. But it never ends well for him.
I assume he is Blessed with Suck. Which is now my headcanon.
I suspect Discord might be involved... Or you just enjoy letting Anonpony suffer.

As you said, they're probably too embarrassed. I can't imagine Rarity casually mentioning to her friends that she invited a guy back to her house who started punching himself in the dick before getting committed into a mental hospital. Or Trixie opening her shows with "So this one time, The Great And Powerful Trixie got stuck to this guy..."
