Wow!! That was so good, each little emotional beat felt important and meaningful. Wasn't expecting that context reveal, but in retrospect it makes a lot of sense with how you set it up even from the beginning. Honestly, I wouldn't mind a whole series of one shots where different characters have one last chat/reflection with Joe before moving on. This was beautifully told and with great characterization.
