*One week after Scootaloo's birthday *
(Spear's P.O.V)
Ahhh, nothing like shooting snipers in a barrel! ...well, kinda. Unfortunately, the respwan generator is still down, so the next best thing was to - "Arooooooooooo!"
I looked around as I wondered,'What was that?!' After looking over the balcony of a building nearby, I found that...it was Doc? I saw him howling as K.P and Sweetie bloom were playing a audio recording of a wolf howling. Guess it works on instinct.
I jumped down to check on Doc when the girls left and asked Doc, "You ok? I could hear you howl from where I was."
Doc blushed in embarrassed as he said "You are not to speak of this. Got it Mr.Spear?"
I nodded my head as I rubbed the back my head as I said, "Don't worry, I won't tell."
Doc then regained his composer and he seems like he has something on his mind. He then said "Actually, I'm actually glad we ran into each other. I wanted to speak to you about the respwan generator."
I gave Doc a raised brow in confusion. What going on with the generator now? "What happened to the generator now Doc?"
We began to walk to the storage room where the generator was held as Doc said "Well, as you know, after you and your team got our gear back, me and Finn began to inspect the parts and other components on the generator to see if everything was intact."
Doc then looked at me with a frustrated look as he then explained, "Unfortunately, due to the burn out, some of the critical components were melted and rendered unusable anymore due to their state."
I then chuckled awkwardly as I remembered how it was burned out in the first place. That was a crazy massacre that day.
Doc didn't look amused as he then said "Regardless, it doesn't change the fact that we'll have to replace those important components for the respwan generator. The problem with that, is that the parts are incredibly rare in Equestria, that even the materials for it are extremely hard to come by."
I then gulped. Knowing that the technology level of Eques isn't as high as on worlds like mobius or the human wor- Wait, I got it! "Doc, I think I know where we can find the parts for the respwan generator!"
Doc then looked relieved and said "Oh, thank Celestia! Do you know where in Equestria we can get the parts?"
I then rubbed the back of my head, knowing that this part was gonna be tricky to explain. "Well...here's the thing...the parts we're looking for...are not IN equestria, for say."
Doc then looked confused as he asked "Then where are these parts? Fall out equestria?"
I shook my head at the guess and said "What? No, I mean the human world. Their world has the right technology for us to repair the respwan generator. In fact, Cantrlot city has some big time technology companies that should have more then enough components we need to not only repair the generator, but also upgrade it to be even better then before."
Doc then began to ponder on the idea. All the while, I was holding my breath in anticipation, wondering what Doc was about to say.
"Alright. I'll admit, the human world would be ideal for getting the supplies AND equipment we need for out here." Doc said as I began to celebrate. "However, there are two problems that come arise from this."
I looked at Doc as he said "One, the crystal mirror to the human opens once every thirty moons-"
"Years, Doc. Thirty years."
"Err, right. Thirty years. And as far as we know, there is no other way for us to go to the human world. And Secondly, even IF we can go their, how would we even get the components for the generator once we're there?"
I smirked as I said "Well Doc, the first problem, isn't even a problem. You see, the crystal mirror was relocated recently to ponyville at the castle of friendship by auntie Celestia. And Twilight figured out a way to use a book that was magically connected to a copy our friend, Sunset shimmer, has in the human world. So, we can now travel freely between both worlds at anytime."
Doc then looked shocked at the news. I always knew that Twilight's genius was scary impressive. "T-That's amazing! That means both worlds have a more easier access to each other! And the second problem?"
I snicker at Doc as I said "Oh, don't worry about that Doc. Let it to me." I began to walk out of the office and said "I'll have the parts here at lunch time tomorrow!"
Later
As I got off the train station and into the castle, I looked around and said "Twilight? You home?" With no sign on my favorite book worm around, I found a sack, and made my way to the study where the mirror was.
I walked into the study, and looked in the mirror,preparing to dive into the mirror. Huh. Was this how Allie felt before stepping through her looking glass. I put my hand on it and..."Whoaaaaaaaa!"
(Normal P.O.V)
After going through the mirror, Spear stumbled through the other side, with a not so grateful landing, crashing into the stairs.
*Crash*
"Owwww..." Spear managed to get up, relieved that no one saw that. He struggled a bit to get use to his human forms height. He looked at the reflection of himself.
His outfit was the same, his body was more human then before. But, the biggest change was to his hair. It was actually black with his usual green as a highlight, with his blue straps thiner then normal, but still noticeable. His hair is still spikey in the front, but kinda long in the back. Actually, it was around the neck line where it stopped.
"Heh, even as a human, I'm still quite the looker." He said as he stretched his body. Getting any kinks out of it. However, he did notice a glow on the stone slab and climbs it to see what was going on.
"Oh...this is SO not good!" On the slab, there was a massive crack on it. Seemingly leaking out magic from equestria from it. And this immediately sets off alarms in his mind. "Ok, so. First, find the parts for the generator. Second, warn Sunset and the Rainboooms about possible rouge equestrian magic. Lastly, figure out how to seal this crack before it get worse. But, that last thing will have to wait."
Spear then falls off the slab, and heads into the city at normal human speed. He had to keep a lower profile in the human world then in equestria because of this.
Luckily, he has a something to make him go somewhat faster as a human. It was a little gift from this world's version of Rainbow Dash. It was a skateboard. It looks normal on the top, but the bottom was actually decorated with all of their cutie marks, his and Sunset's included. With green flames on the sides to represent Spike.
After getting the board from his hiding place behind Sunset's apartment, he then took off on the board, skating through the city, looking for a electronics company that would have all the parts they needed for the generator.
He feels kinda bad for this. Since he knows that the only way he can even get the parts was to steal them. He sighed as he continued to ride. Hoping that he'll find something soon.
Meanwhile
As the day in Cantrlot city goes on, a girl with purple hair and glasses, dressed in a blue and white striped top with a dark purple skirt and dark blue loafers was walking to her house from the city library with her secretly talking dog. While in the street alone, the dog asked, "Geez Twi, was checking out all those books about nature necessary?"
Sci-Twi looked at her dog and replied "Well, yes Spike. It is! I really wanna impress Timber with my knowledge of trees and fauna on our first date."
Spike looked confused at Sci-Twi's reason as he said "But I thought he hasn't given you a answer when you asked?"
Sci-Twi blushed at his question, realizing that he was right about that and said "Ok, maybe he hasn't replied yet, but I wanna be prepared in case he says yes."
Spike rolled his eyes and said "I'll never understand human relationships."
Sci-Twi giggled at Spike's reaction. Ever since her dog was caught in the stream of Fluttershy's magic back in the friendship games and gained the ability to talk, he's been more of a help with feedback and advice. Even if he doesn't get some of human concepts.
Sci-Twi then looked across the street and saw a boy her age riding on a skateboard. Now, normally this wouldn't bother her. But, when he passed, her geo suddenly glowed. This got her attention as Spike said "Twi? Is everything ok?"
Sci-Twi looked at her geo and inspected it. It grew brighter then the boy grew closer. But, when he began to skate away, the glow grew dimmer. "Come on Spike, we better investigate this."
"But shouldn't we alert our friends first?"
"And risk losing that boy? Not now. Once he's stopped, I'll shoot a group text to let them know. Now, let's go. But covertly."
Twilight and Spike stayed close behind the mystery boy. Being careful not to be seen.
As Spear continued to ride on, he spotted a big billboard that said "S.T.A.R.K Enterprise". Spear then pulled out a phone that came with the skateboard and looked up to see if this company had what he was looking for.
Meanwhile, Sci-Twi and Spike finally caught up with him and covered her face with a newspaper she picked up as she saw her geo glow again. "It's happening again. It's glows more brighter the closer I get to him."
Spike, who had a comic book in his paws, then said "Maybe he has a artifact from Equestria on him and the geo is reacting to it?"
Sci-Twi then gave a thoughtful look and said "That IS a possibility. Plus, I've never seen him around before. Maybe he's from out of town?"
Spear then put up his phone and sighed. While S.T.A.R.K Entrepreneurs had a lot of advanced tech, it wasn't anything he was looking for. He then felt like he was being watched as he turned, but he didn't see anyone suspicious. He then began to skate away as Sci-Twi and Spike went after him. But not before Sci-Twi sended a quick group text.
After an few hours of searching, Spear decided to rest up in Cantrlot Park to rethink his strategy. However, he was beginning to get annoyed, saying to himself, "Ugh, this is annoying! I already looked over half of the electronic companies in the city, and I'm nowhere close to finding those parts. *Sigh* ... maybe I need a different approach."
All the while, Sci-Twi and Spike were listening in from afar and gave each a confused look. As Spike said, "Parts? From electronic companies?"
"That guy is obviously after electrical components for something. But what? And how is he affecting my geo?"
"HEADS UP!" A shout was heard, and a soccer ball hit Spear straight on the face, knocking him unconscious.
Sci-Twi, despite being shocked by the sudden soccer, ran up to Spear and checked on him. He was ok. Unconscious and having a bump on his head, but ok.
"Oh man, that one got away from me." Rainbow dash came running in as she spotted Sci-Twi over the unfortunate casualty. "Oh hey, Twi. What are you doing here?"
Sci-Twi looked at Rainbow and said, "I've been following this guy all afternoon. He's been looking around electronic companies and whenever he was near, my geo would glow."
As soon as Sci-Twi said it, hers and Rainbow's geos glowed brightly at the same time. "Look! Yours is glowing now!"
Rainbow then looked at her geo, and then at the knocked out boy. However, to Sci-Twi's surprise, she looked worried as she said "Oh no! Twi quick, we need to get him to some place to lay down, stat!"
Sci-Twi looked confused. How dose Rainbow know this guy? She really wanted to ash her,But did as she was told. The closest place was Sunset's apartment. Helping Rainbow lift, she struggled to lift him, when she spotted a white gem next to her shoe. She quickly pocketed it and continued to help carry him to Sunset's as quick as possible.
Fifteen minutes Later
"Ugggggh. My head. What hit me?" Spear began to wake up, feeling woozy from the headshot. He hadn't felt like that since he took a three day old cupcake to the head. Pinkie got cranky when she's hungry.
"Wow. Looks like you got hit pretty good there, eh Spikey?" Spear then turned to see a familiar firey red head by his side. He then blushes, kinda embarrassed of her seeing him like this. "S-Sunset! Hi! W-What are you doing here?"
Sunset giggled. Spear never fails to make her chuckle as she said "Well, this is MY apartment. I figured I would be here most of the time. Heheh."
Spear then looked around, and saw that she was right. He somehow was in Sunset's apartment. He saw the gaming set up. (He may have subscribed to her hooftube channel), her guitars on her wall, her bedside loft. He really liked how her bedroom was set up.
He then noticed two girls standing on the other side of the sofa. One of them was the human worlds version of Rainbow dash, while the other...well, he didn't know who she was. She looked like Twilight as a human. But she had glasses and her hairstyle was different too. Not to mention she was giving him the stink eye for some reason. Was she Twilight's human counterpart?
Spear, while still woozy, waved his hand and said "Hey Rainbow. Long time,no see."
Rainbow turned her head a bit. Feeling guilty when she looked at him, but still said "H-Hey."
Spear looked confused and asked "What's up with Rainbow? She's not usually this...umm, timid. That's more of Fluttershy department,right?"
Sunset then gave a awkward chuckle and said "Well, she and Twilight kinda explained how you were knocked out. Apparently Rainbow was practicing for a soccer match, and she kicked the ball too hard, slamming into your head."
Spear rubbed his head as Rainbow rubbed her arm as she said "I'm sorry. I didn't-"
"Eh, it's fine Rainbow. It wasn't on purpose, and I've taken worse to the head. We're cool."
Rainbow smiled as Sci-Twi still gave him a stink eye. Trying to figure out what his game was and how did he know her friends. Making Spear creeped out a bit. "Umm...what's with the Luigi death stare? The only time I've seem that is when I play mario kart with Fluttershy. *shivers* If looks could kill."
Sunset and Rainbow laughed a bit. Knowing that, despite her gentle nature, Fluttershy can be very competitive. Sci-Twi also shivered as well. Seeing it in person.
Sunset stopped snickering and explained "Sorry, that was just too funny. *Ahem* Anyway. Spear, this is the Twilight Sparkle of this world. We call her Sci-Twi to differentiate the two of them."
Sunset turned to Sci-Twi and said "Twi, this is Spear the hedgehog. He's from Equestria, son of Princess Luna, and one of the heroes of Equestria."
Sci-Twi eyes widen out in surprise as she didn't expect a hero from the otherside of the mirror to come over today. But, this still makes him inspecting those electronic companies, very suspicious to her.
Spear looked at Sci-Twi and said "Huh. I never knew Twilight actually had a human counterpart here. Dose she know about her sunset? And...wait, WHY ARE WE TALKING ABIUT THIS SO CASUALLY IN FRONT OF SCI-TWI?! I THOUGHT-!"
"Relax Spear. Sci-Twi already knows about Equestria and it's magic...it's a long story."
Sunset said as Sci-Twi couldn't contain her suspense anymore and asked "Look, if your one of the heroes of Equestria, then what were you doing investigating this technology companies? How were you causing our geos to glow? And," She pulled out the gem from her pocket and asked "What IS this?!"
Spear, using his speed, quickly swiped the gem from Sci-Twi's hands faster the human eye can see and said "I believe THIS belongs to me."
Sci-Twi looked in her hards and was left in shock. "H-How did he...Is he using Equestrian magic to do this?!"
Spear wiggled his finger, shooting a cocky smirk her way and said "Nope. All natural speed." Spear then saw the necklaces on each of the girls glow as he then asked "Umm, what's going on? Is this some of new line of jewelry Rarity designed?"
The girls looked at their geos and then to the gem as Sci-Twi then came to a realization. "It's the gem! It's somehow reacting to our geos like this! But why? And what is that gem?"
Spear and the girls looked confused at each other as Spear then said "I think we're gonna have to play a nice long game of catch-up for a bit here. How about I go first?"
The girls nodded as Spear got up and explained about his origins to Sci-Twi, how he and the Twilight of his world met Sunset and the girls,and what the chaos emeralds were.
Sunset then began to explain what had happened during the friendship games and their trip to camp everfree, as well as how they got their geos and their powers.
Spear then began ponder this and said "Wow. That's a lot to take in. So according to that counselor girl, a mysterious light struck one of the Stalagmites in the cave, creating the geos, and those geos began to resonate with your natural magic?"
Sunset nodded as she said "Yeah. We're not sure why the geos bonded with us. It's almost like they were destined to be with us."
Spear then began to have a crazy idea as he moved the chaos emerald he had and moved it closer to Sunset's geo. It glowed as it was drawn to it, confirming his hunch. "I knew it. I think that your geos might be fragments from the tree of harmony. Connected to the Elements of harmony!"
This caught the girls off guard as Sunset asked "Is that even possible? Are you sure that's what they are?"
Spear then looked for a pen and paper and said "Well, it's more of a theory then anything, but the geos seem to have the same reaction as the elements do when the chaos emeralds are close to them."
Then then showed a picture of the elements with a chaos emerald and explained, "You see, the chaos emeralds and the elements of harmony are actually linked together. They act like the north and south ends of a magnet. They can attract each other, or repel the other."
He then used another paper, showing all seven emeralds with all six of the elements. "However, a massive difference between both sets is that their are only six elements of harmony, while there are seven chaos emeralds. The balance it uneven between both of them. If both sets come together as they are now, the energy between them will be unstable, even though they call out to each other."
Sunset and Rainbow looked worried, while Sci-Twi began to write calculations on her pad and said "Well, if that's true, then why do we have seven geos instead of six?"
Spear began to develop a hypnosis and said "It might have something to do with MY Twilight's involvement somehow. Her element being here, her tapping in to the others magic, including Sunset's, your absorption of all the magic in your pendent device, and finally, the light that struck the Stalagmite in the cave must have came from the tree of harmony."
He began to pace around the room and said "All these elements and events together must have contributed to the creation of your geos. And since they were from the tree of harmony, like the elements, it MIGHT be possible create a brand new element of harmony with the power of all seven chaos emeralds AND all seven geos of harmony!"
Rainbow, while a bit lost, said "The "Geos of harmony?" Sounds a bit corny, isn't it?"
Spear smirked at Rainbow and said "Hey, it fits, AND get the point across."
Sunset then begin to think as she then said "Even if this is possible, who would be the one to weird the element? And what would the element be anyway?"
Spear shrugged his shoulders and said "That part remains a mystery for now. Besides, I don't have all seven emeralds with me anyways. Plus, I'm actually here for...something else."
Sci-Twi looked at him dead in the eye and asked "Dose it have something to do with you looking up electronics companies all afternoon?"
Spear, honestly not sure what to say, was about to come up with something when Sunset then said "Maybe THIS can speed things up?"
Sunset then used her powers to read Spear's mind and saw the conversation with Doctor wolf earlier, as well as some...interesting fantasies he had about the main 6. Including herself as she blushed hard and said "Well...that was interesting."
Spear came through after that and blushed heavily as he said "...What was that?"
"My power. I have the power to read anyone's thoughts by touching them on their wrists."
"Oh...Y-You also saw..."
Sunset simply nodded and said "We'll talk about it later."
Spear nodded as Sunset then said "So, you need parts for...a "Respwan generator?" Pretty cheeky of you to make such a promise."
Spear morbidly chuckled as he said "Yeah, Yeah, I bit off more then I could chew. But, do you guys think you can help us? Without the generator, our training is not as effective as before. And we'll need it if Mecha, Dusty, or any of the other villains show up to Coal Town one day."
Sunset was surprised to hear that a real map of Tf2 was actually a thing in Equestria. She never imagined that it would come to be since Equestria was at peace for so long that violence was almost unheard of.
Sunset then remember something that could help him, and said "You know, we recently got some interesting tech for science class last week. Maybe some of that tech can help you with the generator?"
Spear thought about it. It could be possible that, if a school had enough of a budget, could have some pretty advanced tech. If so, then this might work out for him. "You think you could arrange to get the tech for me? What's in it for you?"
Sunset then said with a grin, "Oh, only two things. One- you promise to show me Coal Town the next time i visit Equestria. And Two-You join us for a sleepover tonight. We still wanna catch up after explaining everything, and I'm sure the others would love to see you again."
Spear didn't have to think about it as he said "A sleepover with you girls? Count me in! It'll be a great chance to catch up with everyone again!"
Sunset smiled as she texted Rarity and Applejack, while Rainbow texted Pinkie and Fluttershy. As Spear began to get the karaoke machine and warm up the switch for Sunset. While Sci-Twi was a bit skeptical about it, but Rainbow insistent on her going to get to know him. Saying to Sunset that they'll be back soon.
One hour later
After waiting for a bit, Spear and Sunset heard a knock at the door. Spear then answered it, and saw their friends as they saw the hedgehog turned human as Rarity was the first one to say "Spear, darling! How wonderful to see you again!"
Rarity hugged him as Applejack then said "Howdy sugercube! Been awhile, ain't it?" Giving him her own hug.
Fluttershy then pulled him in for a hug too after Applejack let go and said "I'm so happy to see you again."
Pinkie pie then surprised him with her mini party cannon, shooting him with confetti, and saying "Hello hot stuff! Couldn't resist seeing this yummy looking pie again, eh?~"
Spear blushed as he awkwardly chuckled and said "H-Hey Pinkie. Been a while, hasn't it?"
Pinkie was about to continue flirting when Rarity grabbed her ear with force and said "Darling, I can't leave you alone for five minutes, can I?!" She then pulled Pinkie to the couch as she said "No fair! Why am I getting the Brock treatment!?" Rarity looked back and said "Because you can't help yourself."
Sci-Twi, who just arrived with Rainbow, blinked at the scene playing out and asked "Umm...what just happened?"
Rainbow snickered, saying "Oh, Pinkie is always like this with the guys she likes."
Sci-Twi looked confused as she said "But, isn't she dating Cheese sandwich now?"
"Yeah, she is... but she's still smitten on Spear. Even in a relationship, she still wants him."
Sci-Twi looked surprised by this. But realized that this is definitely something she would do. They then gathered around Sunset's table for pizza that Rainbow ordered as Rarity said "Now darling, it's been quite a while since the last time you came here. Is there any gossip from equestria you like to share?"
Spear then began to tell them about some of the adventures he's been on with the Main 6, as well with the Tf2 gang in Coal town.
However, while talking about his most recent adventure during the traders exchange, Rainbow was especially intrigued by a certain piece of info.
"So, you made your own band huh? I'm surprised. You have a sample of you guys work?"
Spear nodded as he played the song they preformed. They really liked the song, and Rainbow admitted, "Ok, that was a sick performance. But, I still think the sonic rainbooms are still better."
This got Spear's competitive spirit to flare as he chucked and said "Heh heh heh. Is that a challenge, My dear Rainbow?"
Rainbow then gave a smirk and said "Maybe. There's a battle of the bands taking place in a few months, at the mall. We're planning on entering. So, why don't you and the burning coals join too and make it a real competition?"
"Heh, bring it on, Rainbow rocker."
After a bit of a stare down, the two fo them laughed, continuing the sleepover by having a mini smash bros tournament with Spear,Sci-Twi,Sunset, and Fluttershy. Fluttershy surprisingly came out on top.
Pinkie then challenged Spear to a cupcake eating competition. It was close, but Pinkie managed to win the contest. They both ended up with bloated tummys afterwards.
After recovering, A.J, Rarity, and Spear were in the middle of a three way, truth or dare contest. And the contest was getting spicy as Spear came up with a sure fire way to win. "I dare you two to go into Sunset's closet and play "Seven minutes in heaven" together."
A.J and Rarity blushed as they both looked at each other, nodding, and looked at Spear, saying "Alright. But you'll probably regret this after we're done."
After saying that, A.J and Rarity walked into Sunset's closet and closed the door behind them. Spear and the rest of the girls began to try to hear beyond the door, as they heard moaning and panting in the closet. Spear cracked the door open slightly to see if they were faking it, but his face became extremely red as he confirmed they weren't faking it.
However, to Spear's surprise, A.J then told him "I dare you to play seven minutes in heaven with the human version of your first kiss!"
A.j felt a sence of triumph. She knew that she had him, thinking that his first kiss was from Twilight, and thus, him losing. To her shock, he then grabbed her hand and they both ended up in the closet. And everything for the pass seven minutes was a blur for the cowgirl.
After that, A.J was sitting on her sleeping bag, blushing and giggling to herself from the experience, loses the game.
Rarity then dragged the Spear to the closet as she said "Well, it's only fair if I go too." And she closed the door on the both of them.
A few minutes later, she was blushing and giggling as Sci-Twi looked confused as she asked Rainbow "Umm...did I miss something? Why did Rarity basically-"
"It's because we all had a crush on him when he first showed up with Princess Twilight. Well, i guess you can say we still have a crush on him nowadays. Heh, I still remember when
Princess found out about our crush on him."
Flashback, to the first equestria girls movie
After Pinkie (somehow) guessed about Twilight's real identity and Spike spoke, the girls let the news sink in as they all got excited about being friends with a real princess.
However, they then noticed that Spear, who was in the other side of the room, not showing much of a reaction. Applejack then said "You already knew about her being a princess from another world, did ya?"
Spear rubbed the back of his head. Not sure how to explain it, when Pinkie then said "Ohhhh, now I get it!"
Rainbow then looked at Pinkie with a confused look and said "Get what Pinkie?"
"That Spear is actually a antropomorphic hedgehog from another world, who was a experiment to be the perfect bio-weapon, only for him to be abandoned after a lab accident and adopted by nice family with alot of kids, and you became a hero with another blue hedgehog who looks like you and eventually landing in Twilight's world, where you found out your the son of one of the rulers of the kingdom, making you a prince and you go back and forth between both worlds to live you lives in both of them?"
Spear hung his mouth open, in shock about how she found out about his whole past.
Rainbow looked at Twilight and asked "Did Pinkie actually get all that right?"
Twilight nodded slowly, in shock of how Pinkie guessed that, as Rainbow says "That's...SO AWESOME!!!"
As Rainbow and the rest of the girls gathered together in amazement about Spear, Spike saw Twilight look at them with a annoyed look and her arms crossed. However, she failed to notice Rainbow seeing her jealousy as she kept it to herself.
End of Flashback
"And even though we found out later on that he has a crush on our pony counterparts, we discussed thay it's not considered cheating if it's with same person, so..."
Rainbow then quickly grabbed Spear and speedy made for way to the closet. Sci-Twi blinked in surprise as her brain tried to process what happened.
As the night went on, Pinkie (after recovering from her stomach ache) and Fluttershy eventually took Spear into the closet as well for their turn. Sci-Twi however, noticed one of the girls hadn't tried to make a romantic move on the only boy at the sleepover all night, other then herself.
Sunset was on the couch alone, seemingly a bit sad about something. Sci-Twi decides to go and talk to her on the couch as she asks "You feeling ok Sunset? You seem down about something."
Sunset immediately perked up and panicked a bit, saying "W-What? I'm not-"
"You've been staring at Spear for a good while, googly eyed and everything. It's actually the same look my brother shining had whenever Cadence showed up for one of their date nights."
Sunset sighed. She didn't think Sci-Twi would figure her out so soon. Sure, she kept it from her other friends well enough, even princess Twilight hadn't figured out her secret yet.
"OK, you got me. I, um...I love him.
"Parton?
"I-I'm in love with him,ok?! And not just as a crush either. It's the real thing. Sure, the others see it as a connection since their the same person/ponys, that technically applies to you too, but for me..."
Sci-Twi was surprised to see her so nervous and flustered about this. Usually, it's her that gets nervous about relationships. So, it felt weird snow that's it's on the other foot.
Sci-Twi then gave a teasing smile as she then said "Well, maybe you should tell him how you feel? Or, maybe I can ask Cadence for some good date spots~?"
Sunset then blushed as she said "T-Twilight, please!"
Sci-Twi giggled at her friends reaction. She decided to cut her some slack and said "Look, if you don't wanna talk to him about it yet, I get it. I had trouble telling Timber Spruce my feelings for him, but it worked out. Just tell him when your ready, ok?"
Sunset then gave a small smile, glad that her friend understood how she felt, as she decided to get the karaoke machine working as they all sang the night away.
By the time eleven rolled around, the group of friends began to fall asleep in their sleeping bags. As the girls slept on the main floor, Spear slept in his sleeping bag on Sunset's loft. To give the girls some private.
However, while the girls were sleeping, Sunset snuck her way to the loft and snuggled into Spear's sleeping bag, hugging his back as she softy said "I hope we're meant to be." As sleep began to take her to dreamland.
The next morning
5:00am
As Spear and the Hu-main 7 slept, a pulse of equestrian magic flew past the window on the loft, waking Spear in the process.
He then felt a bit snagged as he felt someone hugging him. He looked at the arms and saw that they were Sunset's. Blushing, he carefully moved them away and looked outside the window.
A purple trail of raw equestrian magic glowed outside of the apartment Spear decided to investigate. He quickly pick on his hover-shoes, and quietly snuck out.
Unfortunately, Sunset notice the lack of his presence and woke up shortly after he left. "Spear?" She got up, and spotted the glow trail of Equestrian magic outside her window. "Oh no."
She ran down stairs and shouted "Girls, Up and at 'em! We've got trouble!"
Meanwhile
Spear rolled on his skateboard, looking for the magic trail he saw earlier in his clothes after quickly changing, Wondering what that magic trail was.
'Was that was trail of pure magical energy? What would that be doing here? Rogue Magical pulses are a pretty rare phenomena in Equestria. But since magic is basically non-existent in the human world...'
Spear then tracked the magic trail to a toy and music factory as it went through a window and into the factory. He looked in the window as he thought, 'Ok, how am I gonna get inside?'
Spear looked around and noticed a sky light on the roof, perfect for entering into. He climbed to the roof, pulled a rope from his bag, and climbed down into the factory.
Once he landed, he spotted the magic wisp as it went into a toy robot. Spear then saw the robot get up by itself and thought that it was harmless.
Unfortunately, he was wrong. The toy Lazer gun it had fired a real Lazer and hit Spear in the chest. Luckily, the wasn't powerful enough to hurt badly. Only knocking him down as the toy ran off.
Spear got up, and saw that the toy robot began to basically absorb other toys near it. Becoming bigger and more dangerous.
The robot then grew a gatling gun on his shoulder and began firing it at Spear. He dodged in time as he tried to fire a chaos spear at the toy, trying to end this quickly.
The toy dodged as it absorbed more toys and grew a missile launcher on it's other shoulder and a fired missiles at Spear as he said "OH come on! Why not just grow a flamethrower like Elyora?!"
As if it heard him, the toy then absorbed a firefighter action figure and grew a flamethrower on it's other wrist. "I WAS JOKING!!!" Spear said as the robot fired a stream of fire at him, catching him on fire. "Yeeeeaaaaaaaaowh!" Spear rolled on the floor,trying to put out the flames on him.
Meanwhile, a few minutes ago.
As Sunset and the others followed the magic trail as Rainbow and Sunset rode on her motorcycles with Twilight on Rainbow's bike while Rarity rode with Sunset. While Applejack rode her Rollerblades, Pinkie rode her bicycle, and Fluttershy on her skateboard.
Rarity held on to Sunset's hips, much to Applejack's jealousy, saying "Sunset, darling? Aren't you driving a bit fast? The others can't-"
"Spear's never dealt with rogue Equestrian magic before. He's way over his head, thinking he can do this on his own!" Sunset said in a panic, Worried about her friends safety.
*glass shatter*
The hu-main seven heard windows break up ahead as they spotted Lazer fire coming from the toy and music factory up ahead. Pinkie was the first to comment on it and said "Wowzers, now that's a party! I haven't so many lazers since Vinyl's last raid!"
Sci-Twi then looked at the fire escape and said "The door is probably locked, but I think there should be a skylight on the roof we can assess if we climb the fire escape there."
Rarity looked at the fire escape and shivered at it and said "B-But Twilight darling, it's filthy! Isn't there another way to get in that's...less grimly?"
*Boom*
A explosion was heard from in the factory as Sunset said "We don't have time to find another way in! Spear is in trouble, and needs our help!"
Rarity gulped and begrudgingly climbed the fire escape. Feeling disgusted as her hands touched the ladder.
As they reached the roof, Rarity then saw Fluttershy and Sunset get levitated by Sci-Twi with her powers as she gave her a stink eye and said "And you couldn't have suggested that earlier darling?"
Sci-Twi looked at her with a nervous grin, embarrassed that she barely thought of the idea earlier heard a scream from the factory. "Yeeeeaaaaaaaaowh!"
They looked inside and saw Spear getting burned alive a Sunset shouted "NOOOO!!!" The Hu-main seven jumped into action as Pinkie, Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow kept the robot distracted, Sci-Twi went to find the fire extinguisher, while Fluttershy and Sunset focused on finding a way to disable the robot.
As Sci-Twi used the fire extinguisher on Spear, she saw the damage the flames did to him. His arms and his face had third degree burns, and his clothes were charred and burned in some places. Sunset was upset and didn't know what to do.
Meanwhile
As Spear layer on the floor, his body burned and hurt, he heard Sunset and the others arrive and wanted to help. But he couldn't move.
*Ba-bump*
He began to feel frustration and anger build up inside him. Anger at the robot, angered at himself for getting beaten like this.
*Ba-bump* *Ba-bump*
But that frustration was also paired with worry and concern as he heard his friends around him, trying to help.
Eventually, all his emotions boiled over, as he felt a familiar power flow through him. One he hadn't felt since the robot invasion.
His aura then glowed a dark indigo color, the building began to shake, and lightning struck down from the outside. Spear began to stand up, as his aura exploded in the same dark indigo color as he screamed in rage. "RrrrAAAAAAAAAAAHH!!!"*
When the light faded, the girl's noticed that he somehow changed somewhat. Mainly, his hair spiked up and changed into that same dark indigo color as his aura. And his eyes turned the same color, but with white irises instead of black. He had somehow reached his Nightmare form once more.
Most of the girls were surprised by the sudden transformation, while Sci-Twi and Sunset gulped a bit. As this transformation reminded them of their own demons.
The toy robot then glared at the mobiun prince, absorbed some boxer figures, grew some more, and shouted a primal scream, and gut punched Spear hard. But Spear tanked it, held its fist in his palm, and said in a serious tone "Is that all you got?"
The toy started to show a fearful look as Spear said "Ok then, guess it's my turn." Spear then disappeared as he quickly reappeared and delivered a powerful kick on it's chest, sending it to the otherside of the factory.
Spear landed on the ground in a surprisingly gentle fashion as he turned to the hu-main seven and said "Are you girls ok?"
The girls blinked slowly as they didn't know exactly what happened. One minute, he was on the ground, hurt and burned. The next minute, he kicked stricked the toy to the otherside of the factory.
Sunset, in a worried tone, slowly approached Spear and said "S-Spear? Are you ok? You ARE in there, right?"
Spear stared at Sunset for a few moments, blinking slowly as he said "Um, yes? Who else would be in here, right Sunny?"
Sunset let out a sigh of relief and blushed a bit as he winked at her. It was a nickname that he somehow found out about. "I'm glad to see your still in there. We kinda thought you turned into-"
"A mindless brute that doesn't know friend from foe? Pfff, please. Not this hedgehog! My mind is far beyond chaos and destruction to lose control so easily." Spear said in a conference tone. While on the inside, he was glad he didn't lose control this time.
Sunset then saw the magic empowered toy robot slowly gets back up and tries to absorb more toys. Luckily, Sci-Twi and Applejack worked together to keep it contained with magic and the broken rubble lying around.
Spear then decided to ask "Ok, this is getting ridiculous now. There's got to be some way to cyphen the equestrian magic out of that atomaton!"
Sunset signed as she explained, "Unfortunately, once equestrian magic is in a human object, it can't be cyphened out of it. Believe me, I've been in the school lab AND the music room for days trying to figure it out and research how magic works in this world."
Sci-Twi looked at Sunset as if she realized something and said "Ohhhhh, that's why there's science equipment during rehearsal. Not that I minded honestly."
Spear then looked at Sunset in amazement. He didn't realize that Sunset was quite the researcher. He smiled and said "Well, maybe we can do some research together sometime? Maybe a lab partner will help you unravel the mystery?"
Sunset smile at the idea and nodded, but turned to see the rubble begin to move. "The only way to stop a object with equestrian magic that we know of is to destroy the object. But we need a plan to do so with this troublesome toy."
They began to think of a plan as Spear then snapped his fingers and said "I got a plan! If it's growing AND regenerating from the toys is absorbs, then we need to get it away from from thr factory! Here's the plan."
Spear began to explain to plan as the enchanted toy began to dig his way out of the rubble. Once they figured out a plan, Rainbow then saw some instruments in the corner, grin a determined smile and said "Say Spear, think this plan can use some musical accompaniment?"
Spear shot a smile at Rainbow, liking the idea and said "Heh, sure. Let's light this dasturd up! Sonic rainboom style!"

As Spear began to walk over to distract the enchanted toy, he then gives some chaos energy to the hu-main seven's geos to power them up. As the girls got to the instruments, psyched themselves to preform level, as Spear began to sing.

Spear then changed at the toy at full force, tanking all the shots as he punched it in the face. Spear then began to summon his scythe made of ki as Sunset began to sing about her past.

The clashing of weapons filled the air as all the Rainbooms and Spear began to join in.

As Spear broke the toy's guard, Pinkie threw one of her glitter bombs, Rarity threw a crystal projectiles, and Sci-Twi launched some more rubble with her telekinesis, hitting the toy directly as Spear then hooked it with his scythe and launched the huge toy through a open window.
Once outside, Spear jumped after him as he sang once more,

Spear then span the scythe as fast speeds as he then span with it, becoming a saw blade and began to slash it multiple times before leaping up and stomping it in the ground.

As the toy tried to stand, Spear then kicked it high in the air, where it was surrounded by crystal platforms, thanks to Rarity's magic, as Spear and the rest of the hu-main seven jumped onto a platform, glowed their auras color, and rushed at the toy, bouncing off the toy and back on a platform. Moving Faster and Faster with each strike.
As their blitz attack ended, the hu-main seven then held hands to charge a rainbow Lazer together, but their magic was charged into Spear, as he absorbed it all into his body and was fixing to burst.
He screamed as he launching himself at the toy, when all the magic and ki shaped into a dragon around him, as he said "Dark Rainbow- DRAGON FIST!!!"
The atrack ripped the toy apart as it exploded as Sci-Twi finished the song, singing-

After the attack, Spear was drained from the special attack as he fell from the sky. Luckily, Sci-Twi caught him with her magic, as she let him down gently on the ground.
Rainbow then jumped into the air, shouting "Yahoo! That was so awesome! We were in a epic battle against a rogue, magically enchanting, killer toy robot and won! Woo hoo!"
Spear gave a weak smile and a thumbs up to the girls. This really was a fun battle, he had to admit. They then suddenly heard something land on the ground. They were shocked to see that the toy was still somewhat in-tack.
But, it was back to normal size after all the damage it took. Plus, it looked inactive at the moment. Spear then picked up the toy and carefully looked at it again. He then nodded and said "Ok, looks like it's deactivated for now. But, I'm still sence equestrian magic coming from it. It's dormant at the moment, but it's still there."
Applejack gave a good look at the toy and said "Yall are telling me that all that destruction was caused by THIS little thing?"
Pinkie then commented as well, saying "Well, Big things come in Small packages. Right Spear~?"
Pinkie blinked at Spear, who had detransformed already, and blushed incredibly hard. His face was completely red at the moment.
Rarity then pulled at Pinkie's ear, red as a tomato as well, and said "Not the time for your flirting young lady!"
Sunset giggled at her friends shenanigans, when she hears the faint sounds of sirens in the distance and said "Um, guys? I think we better split now. Last thing we need to do is explain what happened here."
Everyone nodded as Rainbow and Sunset started their motorcycles, Sci-Twi and Rarity hopped on as they rode off, Pinkie got her bike and pedaled off, Applejack strapped on her rollerblades and raced off, and Fluttershy and Spear grabbed their skateboards and skated after them. Leaving before the cops showed up.
Later
After avoiding the cops, they all headed for the school (after going to Sunset's and getting their things), and hid their gear in case any cop cars saw them.
Thankfully, principal Celestia gave the Sonic rainbooms a spare master key to the school, for band practice and for magical emergencies.
After changing, Spear realized that he doesn't have other clothes then the ones he had when he came here.
Rarity, after seeing this, then said "Darling, if a new outfit is what you need, then leave it to me! I'll whip you up a snazzy new outfit in no time!"
Rarity quickly took Spear's managements, and made her way to the arts and crafts room to work on it.
While waiting, Spear, Sci-Twi and Sunset went to the science room to look for the parts he needed. Luckily, the parts were easy to find. "Plasma converters, electric coils, bio-record circuit boards, this is perfect! Doc can not only fix the generator, but upgrade it as well!"
Sci-Twi giggled as she saw Spear geek out over the parts. Maybe he and her CAN get along after all. She helped Spear pack the parts into a sack as she and Sunset decided to talk to him about that form he took half a hour ago.
Sunset was the first to comment this and asked "Ok, I have to ask this, but...when did you have that...dark form?"
Spear sighed. Realizing that he completely forgot to tell them about his new Nightmare form.
After explaining how he got his Nightmare form, Sunset and Sci-Twi were surprised he got his own altered form, AND was able to control it pretty well.
Sunset wanted to ask him if she can do some experiments to see how this power worked, but decided to save it for later since he needed to get back to equestria as soon as possible.
As Spear tied the sack, they all heard a- "I'm doooooone~!" Rarity then twirled into the science room as said "Spear, I finally finished your outfit!🎵 Come try it on darling!"
Spear then went with Rarity and was Ready to change. But..."Um, Rare? Some privacy please?"
Rarity blushed as she said "Oh darling yes, of course. It's rude for a lady to spy on a gentleman while their changing after all. I'll just step out then."
Spear then smiled as he saw Rarity step out and began to change. Unfortunately, he failed to see and hear the door crack open, with a smartphone recording him And a smiling Rarity looking at him.
Licking her lips as she thought 'Well, it is true that a lady shouldn't spy on a boy changing. But, I think this one time I can afford to not act like a lady for once. Heheee! I'm gonna have some fun nights with this.'
A few minutes later
After a few minutes, Rarity opened the band room door where everyone was and said, "Ladies! Allow me to show my latest fashion masterpiece! Come on out darling!"
Spear then walked in wearing a indigo Jean jacket with a black t-shirt, dark blue jean pants, new black sneakers, a new pair of gloves that had black palms and white fingers on them, a black fedora with a indigo band on it, and a new indigo scarf around his neck.
Spear looked at the inside of the scarf, and was surprised to see the cutie marks of all his friends sowed in the inside part of the scraf. He smiled as the girls make positive comments about his new look as he turned to Rarity and said "Thanks Rare. This was real sweet of you."
Rarity blushed as she said "Why your welcome darling. It's the least we can do after all you did for us. And don't worry about getting into battle with those clothes. The material I used for your outfit is fire proof, water proof, really strong material to prevent tears, and it's machine washable."
Spear was surprised that she was able to make all this in a hour. But, not completely surprised. She was his Rarity's counterpart after all, so a feat like this was child's play to her.
Spear then looked at the clock. It was eight a.m, and class hasn't started yet. This confused him as he asked "Hey, where is everyone? I'm surprised that the teachers haven't asked why we're here so early in the morning."
Sci-Twi then explains what was happening and says, "Well, it IS St.Patrick's day after all. So, we got the week off of school. Even due I love coming here."
Spear tilted his head in confusion as he asked "...St.Patrick's day? What's that? Is it about this patrick character?"
The Sonic Rainbooms (minus Sunset) were surprised that Spear has never heard of St.Patrick's day before. But then they remember that Spear wasn't originally from their world.
Sunset then rubs the back of her head as she says "Oh, right. I remember now. Equestria doesn't have a variation of St.patrick's day like how Valentines day and Christmas are this world's version of hearts and hoofs day and hearts warming respectfully."
Sci-twi chuckled that she forgot something like that and decided to explain to Spear about St.Patrick's day real quick. "Well, St.Patrick's day is a day where we celebrate Irish culture worldwide. We normally wear something green since that's the color associated with Irish culture."
Spear was interested about this human holiday they had. They didn't have anything like this in Equestria or mobius as far as he remembered, but it was still interesting to learn.
Especially about how St.Patrick's also revolves around lucky charms like the four leaf clover. He really wants to tell Twilight about this and come back to research more about this holiday.
But, he looks at the clock again. It was Eight thirty a.m. he needed to get back to equestria as soon as possible. Not only did he need to get back before his Twilight got worried, but also he needed to get the parts to Doc in Coal town. Plus, he also had training today too. And he can't be late for that.
Spear got up and said "Well, as much as I wanna stay and learn more about human holidays, I really have to get back."
Spear then grabbed the sack, and said "Thanks for all your help girls. I'll definitely come back and visit soon."
The girls were a little sad that he had to go, but understand that he had to return to Equestria eventually. The girls then have him a group hug, all except Sci-Twi, as Spear then saw her looking a bit awkward about the group hug.
Spear then got out of the hug and walked over to her and said "Hey. I know that we got off on a awkward foot before, but I think your a nice girl. And I hope that next time I come over, we can get to know each other better. What do you say?"
Spear then extended a hand out, as a peace offering to Sci-Twi, hoping that they can start over again. Sci-Twi didn't know what to say. She wasn't expecting him to be wanting to be friends with her after what happened yesterday.
But, she did wanted to get to know him better as well. After all, if the girls like him so much, then maybe she can get to know him better too. She grabbed his hand with both of her own and said "I definitely would like that."
As the two of them hugged it out and Spear was about to leave, Pinkie then came running in and said " Wait! Take these with you!"
Spear then opened the container and saw a ton of cookies in the shape of four-leaf clovers. Pinkie smiled and said "There my special cookies for St.Patrick's day. I call then my "Happy-go-lucky clover suger cookies"! I make four dozen of them for you and all your friends in Equestria!"
Spear smiled as the jester, and said "Thanks Pinkie, these look great! I'll try one when I get home."
Spear put the container in his bag and waved goodbye, saying "Bye girls! I'll tell Princess Twilight you all said hi!"
The girls all said bye as Spear stepped through the portal to Equestria. Glad that his mission was done. Once he left, Pinkie looked at Rarity and said "Hey, can you send that video of Spear changing to me?" Rarity blushed wildly, questioning how her pink friend found out about that.
Meanwhile
As the study room in the castle remained quiet, Spike and Scootaloo walked in to check on the mirror while Twilight was away on a friendship misson with the rest of the main six.
Scootaloo however, looked discouraged as she asked "*Sigh* Where's dad at? Wasn't he supposed to be back from Coal Town by now?"
Spike was about to replie, when they see the magic from Sunset's book sparked to life and coursed through the machinery around the dimensional mirror as pink magic glowed from the mirror and a certain green hedgehog walked out of it.
Spear walked out and was surprised to see Spike and his daughter in the study. He gave a awkward wave as he said "Uh, hehe. Hey guys."
Scootaloo's eyes sparkled as she saw him. She ran to him and tackled him in a hug, saying, "Dad! Your here!"
Spear chuckled as he ruffled his daughters mane a bit and said "Hehe, sorry I took so long honey. Things got a bit crazy."
Spike then decided to ask out of curiosity "Why were you in the human world? I thought you went to Coal Town."
"Well, I was in Coal Town." Spear said, explaining what went down. "But I needed to make a emergency trip to Cantrlot High to hunt for parts for the respwan generator. Also, Sunset and our Cantrlot friends said hi by the way."
Spike smiled as he was happy their Cantrlot high friend still remember him. Then again, a talking dog would be pretty hard to forget.
Spike then got a better look at Spear and saw his new outfit as he said "Oooh, I'm liking the new threads your rocking. Did the Rarity of the human world made it for you?"
Spear looked at himself and saw that his new outfit made the trip through the looking glass too. He smiled and said "Yep. A human Rarity original. Looks amazing, right?"
Scootaloo looked at the outfit and smiled, saying "You look awesome dad!"
Spear rubbed Scoot's head as Spike then asked "So, other then the new outfit and the parts for the generator, did anything else happen?"
Spear then snapped his fingers as he said "Oh right, thanks for reminding me Spike!" He then pulled out a shut shoe box taped tight and gave it to Spike, saying "Can you take this to the new underground lab's vault and lock it under tight guard?"
Spike looked curious as he asked "What is it?"
Spear sighed as he said "It's a human toy that's been enchanted by equestrian magic of all things. And it's really dangerous."
Spike got startled as he jumped a bit and said "W-Why did you bring it here if it's that dangerous?!"
"*Sigh* I had to since it's too dangerous to just leave in the human world. Besides, it's a important clue to a recent mystery that's been uncovered there." Spear said in a serious tone.
Spike looked concerned about what he was saying and asked "What kind of mystery?"
Spear then told Spike about the crack on the portal in the human world and the Equestrian magic that is leaking out to the human world. As well as fight they had against the human toy.
Spike looked in amazement and also concern as he said "You know that you'll have to tell Twilight about the magical leak, right?"
Spear nodded, knowing that this was important. But then said "I'll tell her soon. As soon as the respwan generator is fully operational again. Speaking of which, I better deliver these parts to Doc, Pronto!"
Spear then gets up, grabs the sack, and says "I'll be back by tonight guys! Don't get into trouble while I'm gone!" He was about to run off to the train station when Spike then said "Wait, don't you have a chaos emerald on you? Why not use chaos control to warp to Coal Town instantly?"
Spear then hit his head and said, "Oh, right. Thanks for reminding me Spike!"
Spear brought out his white chaos emerald, gripped it as he held it to the air and shouted "Chaos Control!" In a green flash, Spear wrapped away to Coal Town to deliver the parts to Doc.
Meanwhile, in Coal Town
As Doc was in his office working on some paperwork, he heard a wrapping sound from the lobby as he walked over to the door to see what it was.
He opened the door and spotted Spear with a sack in his hand as he waved "Oh, hey Doc! I brought all the parts we need for the generator!"
Doc walked over to the sack and inspected the parts inside. He smiled as he says "Well done Mr.Spear! Now fixing the generator will only be a matter of when rather then a matter of if."
Spear smiled as he said "Thanks Doc. It was a bit more trouble to get the parts, but it was worth in the end."
Doc smiled as he put the parts in his office and said "Well, we can put fixing the generator on the to do list as I need you for something else for today."
Spear looked confused as he asked "Um, what did you need Doc?"
"Well, as a matter of fact, we're focusing on target practice for today and I was hoping you would keep track of training gose." Doc said as he prepared a dispenser.
Spear gave a raised brow and said "Are we using our usual target Doc?"
"Why yes we are Mr.Spear. Firebrand "Convinced him" to volunteer to be our target dummy for today. So, while I operate the dispenser, you keep track of their accuracy from their point of view." Doc said, packing gathered dispenser.
Spear smiled as said "Sure Doc, I'll help you out." Spear then grabbed a clip board as he and Doc went out to monitor target practice.
*Spear's P.O.V*
After me and Doc set up everything for target practice, the first two up were Thaspio and Eliora. Though, Thaspio seems to be having trouble hitting the target today. "Grrrr, Hold still Silver!"
"Why do I keep agreeing to this?!" Silver said in a panicked tone. I mean, hey, someone had to play the part of the duck,right?
After a few shots, Thaspio hit Silver quill between the eyes, as Doc showed us the K.Oed Silver. Kinda like the Duck hunt dog dose.
I took note of this and said "Not bad Thispio. But you need to focus on your aim a bit more and work on your timing. Otherwise, your gonna be wasting ammo missing like that."
Thespio nodded and was about to say something, but- "Step back Thespy, I got this." Eliora said, lighting her flamethrower and aiming at Silver...and us unintentionally.
Doc gulped as he said "Um, I believe that's my exit cue." Doc ran off as I ducked behind a rain barrel. Not wanting to get roasted alive today. Silver just stood there, accepting his fate, saying "I regret ever giving her that thing."
*Faaaooom!* Eliora then burned everything in her path as the wall made of broken robot parts, the dispenser, and of course Silver quill, were set ablaze.
Firebrand then popped up out of nowhere and did the troll hunter dog laugh and it admittedly got me triggered. Reminded me of my younger years of playing Duck hunt at my uncle's place.
"And that's how you handled business." Eli said smugly. Proud of her work.
"Ugh, Eli I swear, you probably have the easiest class out of everypony else here." Thespio said, clearly sounding annoyed about Eliora's flames.
"I beg your pardon?"
"I mean come on, you hold what is objectively the best weapon in the whole game! And you don't even have to aim properly! You can literally point anywhere you want, and anything in it's path will get burned! I mean, I thought the engineers had it easy because...well, they don't have to do anything but sit behind their machines." Thespio said after rant.
I facepalmed myself as I was glad Doc wasn't around to hear that. As Eliora said "One. Don't ever let Doc hear you say that. Two. You think being a Pyro is EASY?!"
I gulped in fear. Knowing Thespio had unintentionally ticked her off as she said " Do you have any idea the amount of responsibility to controlling the flames, and not letting them destroy everything and everyone around me? Not that you would have the slightest idea of restraint Mr. Class clown."
Ohhhh, this is gonna get ugly. Thespio then asked "And what dose that suppose to mean?"
"You have it the easiest. You put a paperbag over your head, throw in a cheap accent, and it somehow fools everyone. An your suppose to be a spy?"
I'm not sure why I wanted to add fuel to the fire, as I said "Didn't Thespio fool ya with his Big Mac impression?"
Eliora then growled at me as I went back behind my barrel. Not wanting to push my luck.
Thespio then spoke up and said "Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa, hold it right there, little miss Kentucky fried spas-a-tron! At least I'm the class everyone wants to play, yet no one actually loves. Honest trailers said so."
I them poked around the barrel and said "Your really gonna use honset trailers as a defense case?"
"Not now Spear." Thespio whispered to me as he went back to say "And if I my add...I'm the class that gets all the ponytails. If you know what I mean. (In a country accent) My little apple dumpling."
Eliora then had a the perfect rebuttal for that as she said "Yet, somehow, I'm the one whis publicly dated more then one died, the hot one that everyone loves. And, I'm sorry, how many mares have been *Ahem* "Bucking" after you?"
My jaw was hanging open. It was so quiet that you can hear Thespio's ego shatter into pieces. At this ponit, all bets were off as Thespio angrily said "THAT'S IT!!!" As a brawl broke out in the streets. I tried to stop it, only to get sucked into the brawl myself.
Eventually, we then heard Silver quill of all creatures say "You know, you could prove each other wrong by switching classes for the day. You know, see what it's like on the other side?"
We then stopped the fight with me uppercuting Thespio in the chin, and Eli double kicking me in the chest. Tired and exhausted from the pointless brawl. I admitted "You know, I hate to admit. But he has a point you two."
"You darn right I do!"
"Grrrr... Eli, would you please?"
She then have a angry glare and said "Glady." She then aimed for Silver quill to roast him alive as Thespio then woke up, his voice high pitched for some reason as he said "Y-Yeah. I can agree with that."
As we headed for the lockers, Thespio then realized something. "Wait, I just realized something. How are we gonna switch classes if you guys already have a red spy in your ranks?"
This raised quite a pickle for us. But, Eliora came up with a answer quickly and said "Well, if that's the case,then Spear? Would you mind playing the Pyro class for the day so we can do this?"
I then began to think about it. I HAVE always wanted to try out one of the other classes one day. And I wanna see what makes the Pyro so special to begin with. The answer was obvious at this point. "Sure Eli, I'll switch with you. Hopefully we have a suit to fit my build."
Fifteen minutes later
After finding suits that fitted us, Eliora then walked out in a red suit fitted for her build and a red mask. And I could tell she was already hating this. "Ok, this mask automatically stinks. Why should I have to cover my beauty?"
"Oh speak for yourself women!" How are you supposed to breathe in this air tight suit?!" Thespio said in a winey voice, as he wore the blue Pyro suit.
I walked out wearing a red Pyro suit and I had to admit, it's kinda snazzy. "I don't know what your talking about?" I then did a few flips and a handstand and said "But this suit great! Like I'm wearing a superhero costume!"
I saw Eliora roll her eyes a bit as she said "Ok. So, we agree. One day in each other's classes. You'll see how hard it is being a Pyro."
"And you'll see bring a spy is more complicated then you think." Thespio said in a conference tone. Probably thinking he has this in the bag.
"Whooooa-Ooof!" I fell over after accidentally getting launched by the knock-back of one of the pyro's secondary weapons. The scotch-shot. "Wow, that one packs a punch."
Eliora and Thespio then walked over to check on me as Eli said "You ok?"
"Yeah, I'm ok Eli. Just trying to find a good weapon for me to use."
"Well, in any case, thanks for agreeing to do this for us."
I shrugged my shoulders and said "Hakuna-matata Eli. At least now you'll know that the spy class is trickier then it looks."
Eli rolled her eyes and said "Just make sure not to burn the town to the ground,ok?"
As we all went about out way, I made sure my flamethrower was controlled and deadly at the same time. However, there was ONE thing I was curious about. I looked in the back, and saw a flamethrower in the shape of a dragon. Called "The dragon's fury." I picked it up and it immediately impressed me.
However, I then noticed a black box on the ground as I picked it up and opened it. It looked like a mask for the Pyro. "Huh. I'm surprised thay this was hidden in the back."
Out of curiosity, I decided to put it on, and everything was a bit...blurry, after that.
*Normal P.O.V*
A few hours later
After a few hours of goofing up on their classes and suffering both mental and physical scars, Thespio and Eliora then met up about in the upgrade bar and both yelled "YOUR CLASS SUCKS!"
After having a good laugh, and admitting that they were fit for their own classes, Thespio then asked a question. "Now that I think of it, why don't you wear the Pyro mask anyway?"
Eldora then had the thousand yard stare as she then gave Thespio a serious look as she said "I have seen things my friend. I have seen what's behind that mask. It is true horror. I had to hid it to make sure no other pony finds such evil."
Thespio then looked confused, which was then completely replaced with a look of terror as he said "U-Um, w-what about green hedgehogs? Is it safe from them?"
Eldora gave a confused look as she turned around and immediately became terrified. Standing in the otherside of the room was Spear the hedgehog...standing motionless...wearing the Pyro mask.
Eliora then gulped before saying "Oh dear sweet Celestia, HE FOUND THE PYRO MASK! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!"

Panic fell for a fell seconds before music started playing from somewhere. Even crazier, is that Spear started dancing out of nowhere.
Thespio then knew what was happening and said "I don't know how...but I think we got sucked into a spontaneous musical number."

Thespio and Eliora were confused as they were suddenly wrapped outside, with everyone else confused as well.
I, I'm doin' this tonight. You're probably gonna start a fight. I know this can't be right. Hey, baby, come on. I loved you endlessly, and you weren't there for me. So now, it's time to leave and make it alone.
Everyone was surprised to see Spear singing so smoothly and in a snap, he wrapped everyone to the middle of Ponyville (looking normal) as he continued to preform.

At the moment, lights and sparks appeared like in a concert as he continued to dance.

As the music pulsed through ponyville, it attracted many ponys in town to see it. It shortly became a concert in no time.

As they continued to dance, even more ponys showed up to see this improve concert unfold. Including Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. They glowed their horns and swayed back and forth to the music. Other unicorns began to do the same after that.

The excitement of the crowd was electric as the performance was hitting its fever peak.

The crowd cheered loudly as they began to reach the ending and their performance began to shine.

The crowd roared in excitement as the surprised back up dancers looked at each other awkwardly as Thespio then said "What just happened."
After everypony left, Spear pulled off the mask and said "Wow! I don't think I danced that much since Rainbow dash's last birthday party!"
Doc then sighed in relief as he said "Well, I'm glad to see your ok Mr.Spear, but I have to ask, how are you not going crazy at the moment?!"
Spear looked confused as he asked "Going crazy? What do you-"
"Never mind that! The point is that the bet is over and you can be a Red Spy again." Eliora said in a panic, trying to change the subject.
Spear though that it was weird, but decided not to question it for now. Thinking that this was the norm.
Later, in the afternoon
After saying goodbye to Doc and the rest of the crew, Spear went back home to the castle of friendship to relax with Spike and Scootaloo. The rest of the afternoon was peaceful all things considered.
During the late evening hours, While Spear was in the castle library studying magical energy fields, he began to think of ways to seal the crack on the portal in the human world.
He then decided to write to Sunset. To tell here thanks for everything. As he surprisingly fell asleep on a pillow stack in the library.
Meanwhile *Twilight's P.O.V*
"Phew, darlings, I must say. That friendship mission took way longer then we thought."
I heard Rarity say behind me. And, I won't lie. The mission to Manehattan and help bring a neighbor community back together was hard work.
Applejack yawned surprisingly long from the trip. And arriving all tired from a friendship mission so late, it called for one thing. "So, wanna have a sleepover at the Castle?"
They girls cheered at the idea, like I thought they would, and we walked in the castle. I honestly thought it would be busier in here. Till I saw the wall clock and blushes. Oh. It's midnight. No wonder it's quiet tonight.
I then went to library's study to put up the books I took for the trip, and I saw the cutest thing ever. Spear was asleep. In my study chair. I almost squealed seeing this.
I also saw all these notes on magical energy fields. What is my love up to studying so late? Well, I'll ask him in the morning. Right now,I'll put him to bed. I carried him to bed as I snuggled with him. But he did have a new smell of...suger cookies? But that's for another day to ask.
