The Skytail Poem Challenge

The Skytail Poem Challenge
By dashie76
So this poem actually has a bit of backstory. This chapter used to be a message saying for my readers to send me ideas to write my next poem about. Skytail (he's on FIMFiction, check him out!) private messaged me and giving me an..."idea"...to write about. Here were the requirements:
"it must be 500 words long. the poem most be in a A B A B C D C D rhyme scheme. you have to work the word 'shalldelic baby' at least three times, and you must work in a joke from the show from Gravity falls.
(extra credit: this is optinal but you get extra *fake* points if you can put at least 20 diffrent bird names with 3 of them being pokemon."
The poem below is the result. I don't think that it is my best work, but it at least proves that I can rhyme just about anything.
Keep sending me ideas!

Once upon a time, in the ponyville school
A shalldelic baby was falling asleep
The baby’s name? Scoot A. Loo
The baby’s talent? Riding through the street

On an orange-blue scooter fashioned from wood
She loved that scooter - It consumed all her thought
She rode through the town and saw it was good
From Caramel’s mother Syrup it was bought

She didn’t like school, “I think it’s a waste
Of time and focus!” She always did say
Her young baby mind wandered through space
Dreaming of gumdrops and candy all day

She had two friends very close to her heart
Their group of three were all blank flanks
On dangerous missions the three would embark
Through forests and valleys and landfills that ranked

All of their efforts had one common goal:
Finding their special talent and meaning
Knowing what they could contribute to life’s bowl
Once each task was done, and with faces beaming

All three looked down to check out and see
But all times were the same - All flanks remained bare
But they knew that someday, on life’s lands and seas
They’d earn their marks and all ponies would stare

And gawk at how amazing they were
These three filly’s marks were astounding to all
Marks of pure awesome and coolness for sure
Stallions all over would ask for a ball

But those days were a long time away, for now
The shalldelic baby was just worried with tests
Even though every class, Spoon would take a bow
For always having done the best on the test

So now, dear reader, you see with your eye
That Scoot A. Loo’s life is busy and big
And you can sympathize when she did defy
Her parents orders to join a bird gig

It took away one whole day in her week
Twenty-four precious hours without her scooter
Bird watching was for the meek and the weak
If mom said to do this, she’d just have to boot ‘er

But seeing as how mom was twelve foot two
The shalldelic baby decided to wing it
And hope that the watch she could make it through
She said “Do your worst! Cause all hell! Bring it!”

Because it was cold and she had the chills
She listened to other conversations - she heard
Spoon saying something ‘bout restaurants and bills
But Scoot didn’t care care - she was staring at birds

She saw blue jays and red jays and ospreys and eagles
Scarlet Ibis, humming birds and toucans
Mockingbirds that copied you - Is that legal?
Hawks and sparrows with clawlike hands

She saw pidgeys and swallows and crow loop de loops
She saw wingulls and pelippers, woodpeckers, pidgeots
Flamingoes and kiwis and doves that did swoop
And much more - she truly did see a lot

But the strangest thing was, it was kind of fun
Which didn’t make sense, but even still
She liked to watch the birds play in the sun
She watched until her eyes got their fill

But then she had to say her goodbyes
The end of the day came, and this she did hate
But now she is a little more wise
And knows things don’t have to be cool to be great
