The land of the old Roaman empire is rife with a toxic wasteland, plagued by the remnants of the old world as well as the new. Finally, a Praetorian arises to protect the city like the legionaries of old.
The city of Roam is tortured by ambient and open hostility. Finally, a Praetorian arises to protect the city like the Legionnaires of old, and nothing will stop him. Nothing but himself, that is.
The Adeptus Astartes, great defenders of mankind. Unless they're just some guy who's been thrust into being one due to the whims of fate and some sort of extra-dimensional being. (a displaced story.)
[Derealization- An alteration in the perception or experience of the external world so that it seems unreal.] Equestria is not always what it seems to be, especially if the darkness shows itself willingly to mortals, a crossover with Devil May Cry
David Kessler has woken up to find himself no longer in London, but still cursed. Will the inhabitants of this new world be able to help, or will the curse spread to all of them?
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic isn't mine, and neither is Salem's Lot. They belong to Stephen King and Lauren Faust.
Respectively.
Anyway...I don't know. I'll update this whenever I feel like it. When I plotted it out, it felt like I had a strong storyline and I'd be able to do this, but I just finished drafting the fourth chapter and I'm not so sure anymore. I've never done horror before. I've never done suspense--at least, not consciously. This is more of an experiment/diversion than anything.
But that doesn't mean I don't want to know what you think of it!
1395340 okay, now that I've read: I look forward to you getting into the more original parts. You've got a nice story so far, and I like what you did with the dragons. It's kind of on the side, but it's still really cool. Adds a bit of color. :)
Thank you so much! In my opinion, Salem's Lot is everything that vampire fiction should be. I just re-read it, and after quickly scouring FiMfiction, I realized that there aren't any crossovers concerning it. Or if there are, they're extremely well-hidden. I'm still hammering out a lot of the details, but I know that I want to take the tone and concepts of the book and put them in the MLP universe without creating a carbon-copy. Hopefully I can do that (and have done it) gracefully.
Your comments (and favorite) are much appreciated.

Sweet gold paved heaven.
Salem's Lot? My third favorite novel ever? I'll read this. Absolutely!

What is this 'children' thou speakest of? There are no 'children' in Equestria.
