This could be fun. Chapter 2 is a bit awkward, you need to whip on your editor/proofreader a bit more. I think it can be cleaned up. I hope you don't lose interest half way, sometimes continuing past where you intended can be a struggle. I think this has some potential (though it's still pretty early).
