I was hoping to see her again soon, and this is a fascinating perspective and incident to remind me why I liked her character so much. I love getting to see Fleur from an outside perspective and observe how she acts in reality compared to her perception of herself.

Fleur really is a good egg, isn't she? It makes sense that she would turn herself in though, rather deal with the matter as discretely and quickly as possible and just settle everything.

Gotta admit, my mind went to a dark place at first glance on 'unrequested sexual interaction,' but then I remembered this was supposed to be the *lighter* fare for the month 😂 and I settled down.

I love Fleur's temper, the image of this stunningly beautiful mare just busting down the door to the sex court and almost immediately ordering things of the judge herself LOL talk about the entitlement and hubris of youth!

What a horrifying and mortifying situation though, on the real. Like, it's a real testament to Fleur's character she was able to keep her head enough to simultaneously guide herself and Fluttershy out of the area after her AoE attack went off while also not spontaneously combusting out of sheer horror and embarrassment. That's a will I don't know if I can match tbh. All-in-all, a wonderfully absurd yet sweet glimpse into a time in this young couple's life together, truly thank you estee ❤

Honestly, this might be one of the best things that could have happened to Fleur. Throwing herself on the mercy of the court is one thing. Actually finding that there was something to land on? That's the kind of eye-opening experience that can change a person... maybe. If nothing else, it demonstrates some of the virtue of that virtue. Thank you for the double-feature.

Fleur was raised a gryphon (I believe that it was stated in other fics). If I remember correctly, Gryphons never leave children behind when they go on a conquest. They essentially adopt the children and are essentially raised as and recognized as Gryphons. Since she was raised by Gryphons, she would have a different point of view on pony philosophy and ethics.

Which is, if I also recall correctly, difficult for Gryphon raised ponies because they have to eat their vegetarian meals out of sight of other Gryphons, because they consider eating veggies an affront to their carnivorous tendencies. I think it was in that fic where there was a Gryphon who wanted to set up a public butcher shop where ponies could supply carnivorous/omnivorous pets and guests with their dietary needs in Canterlot. Emphasis on Public.
