E

Equus, the world, has a long and rich history, starting with the beginning of the first writing civilization dating many tens of tousand of years back, but before that?
Many believe that life simply kept evolving from one form to the next until the present species appeared, others believe that some deity had at least a part in the creation of the world, and very few others suspect that the truth lies in something far more incredible than any myth, something tied to a single word.
Humans.

Im intrigued, go on...

About the author's note: your English is fine and the writing style is good too. The only thing that can be fixed is that the i has to be capitalized.

As for the story, this is exactly my type of thing. Looking forward to more :moustache:

Personally I like the annotations

This was on my to-read list, damn it is good. Been a while since i read a "humans are gods" story, and never read one that reads like a history book/bibble. Interesting read. Looking foward to more chapters, the history of this world and what happens, in the end, to the poor trapped historian.

Also for some reason I remembered a scene I read on a fanfic a long time ago, where the Alicorn kingdom was destroyed because they got too greedy with magic, wanting to have the powerd of gods...it backfired . Wonder what happened to them in this fic.

Kudos

Humans are Superior. We always will be.

If humans are so superior then why can't humans stop killing the only planet humans have? This is the only home humanity has, and more than likely ever will have. Humankind is this world's oldest and deadliest pandemic of all time,.

HEY GENIUS

When I said "Humans are Superior We always will be" was I comparing humans to their global and political problems or was I comparing us to other species and our advancement in technology? Judging by what the fic is about I'm sure you know which one it is.

Read what I say carefully and then comment.

Then dolphins are by far more superior. They don't trash their habitat, war amongst their own kind, or anything like that. They are just as smart as humans, if not more so. Sure, they lack technology but that's just because fire and water don't mix.
Also I wasn't saying anything about politics or the like. I was however also talking about humans in comparison to other species and the advancements in technology. Humans may be top of the food chain but that doesn't automatically equate to being superior.

This is so cool.

Why aren’t there any genre tags?

Well this...

... sums it all up! I wonder how much Celestia knows and hasn't told for whatever reason... :trollestia::facehoof:

I added a few but frankly i'm not sure which ones would fit best

Thanks, hopefully it'll get at least 20% cooler by the end.

I'll admit, I was on the fence about this story for the first couple of chapters, but I am pleased to see that it is coming along nicely. Everything fits together like a legend should, and seems to be leading to a climax. I can only wonder where it will lead... If ya want to think crazy like, try this.

Between the time when the oceans drank the Isle of Everfree and the rise of the Unicorns of Unicornia, there was an age undreamed of. And unto this, Celestia, destined to wear the jeweled crown of Equestria upon a troubled brow. It is I, her chronicler, who alone can tell thee of her saga. Let me tell you of the days of high adventure!

<shrugs> who knows! :trollestia:

[…] for all the Abomination that ever had been on the world came back to life at the same time.

Well f&#k. That’s bad. Also, I’m getting a strangely creeping suspicion that I know who/‘what’ this Abomination will turn into.

tf are you talking about? that's the literal definition of "superior". Who has superior technology? Who has superior knowledge? Knowing more and being better is the LITERAL definition of superior.

Misanthropy is a disease of the mind. I sincerely hope you will get help soon.

My favorite part is the notes at the end. It reminds me of a scp. (In a good way. His recollections about his wife and the nature of the story convey so much! I am looking forward to what will happen next!)

I don't know what to say! I admit I was surprised because I wasn't expecting this, with this sort of prophetic, almost biblical story of the Alicorn people of the origins and their human gods!
Clearly a story that stands out from the crowd!

This is an impressive Creation Myth story, I like it.

I'm glad to see this story continue. Best of luck regaining your motivation.

This continues to impress. Quite the word building, and believable too... well, as believable as any other myth :)

I hope to hear more of this world soon.
