Actually, until you commented, I didn't even notice I had done that. Huzzah for unintentional wordplay! But there are more than Eugen and Saratoga that are still around. So far there have been four that have appeared 'on screen' as it were and four off screen, but mentioned. They will eventually be revealed in the next couple of chapters, as well as what ship Niamh is.
