Chapter 8
Spike was being taken to Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna's house. As he was, he said
"Are you two sure this is a good idea?"
"Yes Spike, you already have enough hardship going on in your life and we want to help." Luna said
"I know, but you two adopting me feels a bit...much." Spike said
"I understand it's hard Spike, but I can't look at you this way during school or after it. I already looked at records of you and none came up. Please, we have to do this." Celestia pointed out
Spike, while still reluctant, did not reply and complied to her answer. They reached the house and it appeared to be quite big.
"I'll show you your room." Celestia said
Spike only reluctantly followed and they went upstairs and she opened a door on the right. It had a bed, a dresser, windows and curtains along with a closet.
"Thanks." Spike said with a smile.
"No problem." Celestia said, smiling back
Spike began to set up his things and sit on his bed, he began to sleep and let his eyes close.
(The next day)
Spike was slowly waking up and began to rise up and yawned. As he did, he got up and looked at his clothes.
"Look's like I'll need some extra clothes." Spike said
He walked out his room and down the stairs and saw Celestia and Luna in the kitchen making breakfast.
"Good morning Spike." Luna said, drinking coffee.
"Hi Luna and Celestia." Spike said
The two only looked at him with raised eyebrows, with Spike noticing and asking in confusion
"What?"
"Spike, we adopted you. You don't have to call us by our names here." Luna said
"But won't it sound awkward I call you mom and aunt even though your the principals?" Spike asked
"Not at all, besides, you said your legal guardians were a bit extreme remember?" Celestia replied
Spike, with a look of reluctance, complied and said "Ok then....mom and aunt Luna."
The two slightly smiled and began their breakfast, with Spike eating his, a deviled egg and pancakes.
After eating, Spike got up and said "Well, I guess school is about to start. I'll see you two there."
Just as he was about to leave, Luna stopped him and said "Not so fast. You need some clothes and some things to prepare for CHS, properly."
"What do you mean?" Spike asked.
(In Canterlot City)
Spike was driven to the Carousel Boutique by Celestia and was escorted there. Celestia said
"Do you know the way to CHS from here?"
Spike nodded as Celestia then said "Ok good. Because me and Luna are getting something for you."
She and Luna drove off as Spike was near the Boutique.
He opened the door and saw it was Rarity.
"Hello Spikey darling! Whatever are you doing here?" Rarity asked
"Well Rarity, I came to see If I could get some new clothes. Since these are ripped." Spike said, pointing to the slashes on his shirt and pants.
"Oh my my. This won't do at all! Follow me darling!" Rarity said, dragging Spike with her.
Rarity had began to take his shape and measurements, with Spike blushing due to her beauty along with his crush on her pony counterpart in Equestria. But he managed to resist and let her continue. As soon as she finished, she removed her measuring tape and went to sew the clothes at a nearby sewing machine. After a few hours had finished, Rarity came to Spike and showed him his new clothes.
"How is this darling?" Rarity asked
The first shirt was green and had a purple-colored dragon's head breathing green fire. The second shirt had a purple color and had a picture of a scroll on it similar to the ones he sends for Twilight. For his pants, the first pair were light green and had flaming streaks of dark green fire on the sides while the other pair was blue and had green and purple lining. He then tried on the first shirt and pants and gave a satisfied smile.
"Wow Rarity! Thanks! How can I ever repay you?" Spike asked
"Don't worry darling, for a friend anything." Rarity said with a smile.
Spike smiled and hugged Rarity, while she was surprised, she returned it and he left the Boutique.
"Bye Rarity!" Spike said with a wave
"Have a nice day Spikey-Wikey!" Rarity replied
Spike left the Boutique and went over to run his way to CHS. He eventually managed to reach the school. Spike then opened the door and saw the halls were crowded. He managed to move through the crowds of students and get to his first class.
"Hey Spike!"
Spike turned and saw it was Sunset Shimmer, who joined him as he walked.
"What's up Sunset?" Spike asked
"I need to talk to you. Please." Sunset said
"What's the matter?" Spike asked
"I'll tell you with the girls at lunch. Right now we have to get to class." Sunset replied
Spike nodded and made his way to his first class with Sunset.
(A few hours later)
After the first few classes were done, Spike went to the cafeteria as instructed by Sunset and saw the girls. Sunset saw him and waved him over to the table.
Spike did so and sat with them, well he actually sat away from them in a small empty space.
"So, what do you all want?" Spike asked
"Spike, is something wrong?" Sci-Twi asked
"What do you mean?" Spike asked
"It's just everytime ya'll go somewhere alone, ya have scars and injuries everywhere and you don't tell us what happened." Applejack said
"And whenever we ask you to hang out, you keep avoiding us." Fluttershy pointed out
"Not to mention you always try to run away when we want to tell you something." Rainbow Dash also notified him.
Spike only sweated as they looked at him with worry as Rarity said
"Please tell us what's the matter darling. We care about you."
"Look, I'm fine! Why won't you believe me?!?!" Spike shouted
Spike's anger caused some students to look at him with shock or confusion and the girls to give looks of surprise. With a calm breath, Spike said
"Look, I'm sorry I've been avoiding you all. It's just that...." Spike tried to say
"Well, what's the matter?!" Sunset asked once more.
"I've been afraid that if I came here, the things I went through in Equestria would repeat. From Twilight and I mean my Twilight and her friends constantly neglecting or leaving me to me likely turning evil and having to suffer so much over it. I thought if I avoided you all, none of you would suffer for my sake. The reason I look so beat up is because.....I did it." Spike answered in guilt
The girls were left shocked at his statement and why he was so scared and afraid of being near them all this time. But what shocked them the most to their cores was that Spike was not only hurting himself but could likely kill himself if he continued. They sat up and hugged him with pity and guilt.
"Oh Spikey-Wikey. I'm so sorry." Rarity said in pity
"We didn't know you felt that way." Sci-Twi said
"We're so sorry." Sunset said
"We're here to talk anytime sugarcube." Applejack said
Spike only slowly returned it, unaware a familiar figure was in front of him.
"Spike?"
The girls and Spike turned and saw none other then Twilight Sparkle, from Equestria.
"You?!" Spike said in dismay and disdain.

Ugh I was hoping sunset would meet her before spike so twilight could understand that actions have consequences and sometimes sorry isn't enough. She won't get that until it is shoved into her head.

Because Twilight's OCD that was caused by being in Canterlot and surrounded by those bigots that want everything perfect and the influence of arrogance they displayed has shaped her mentality to the point of being as bad if not worse than the bigots. It doesn't help either that Twilight sometimes behaves like an immature kid when things don't go her way. If anything, Twilight's friends and family should've tried harder to get her out of that mindset so that she can see the bigger picture and actually grow up when the situation calls for it.

Isn't it so mess up that the literal main character of a kids show that is supposed to sprout "Friendship is Magic" is like this!!??
And sadly, Celestia and Twilight's own friends aren't any better either.

It doesn't help that as long as she is doing what Celestia wants is the way everyone
thinks. Fluttershy brings an animal from the forest and ins Celestia never thinks about the possible consequences with her all well that ends well mentality. Twilight never really learns that actions have consequences because everyone learns that all well that ends well. Someone got hurt because of triek running around well he was defeated so anyone getting hurt is not my problem. You don't like your friends bragging so you steal their spotlight and secretly brag right in front all while showing them up with stuff they can't do as well as you. Fluttershy brings an animal from the woods and doesn't bother to find anything about before she gives it to her friends. An eye for eye should be reserved for very serious things not somebody going overbroad pranking and when speaking to someone about something that bugging them to speak one on one and plain and clear not that they could ever do that.
Ah sheet here we go again. When will Twilight learn?
Also now I am slowly began to think she is gonna become like Evil Twilight in Spike the fairy I mean the Twilight in that story almost did the exact same thing to spike when he was in the different world fighting her in the Tournament.
