Starlight gives Trixie a more intimate goodbye before she goes to fight off Chrysalis, leaving Trixie confused. Once the villains are defeated, Trixie realizes she needs to have a word with Starlight and figure out where they stand.

It was a sweet story, though I'm not much of a fan of love stories.
I think she said "Starlight, star bright. Where's the pony I want to fight?" In the episode, but I can't tell if that was on purpose or not. Just felt that I should point that out.
Overall, good story. I don't usually read stories when it comes to Starlight ships (except for Starburst ships but that's rare), but if its from you then I will most likely enjoy it, which I did.

I’m not sure how my stories are different from other Starlight ship fics but thank you. I remembered how I said “Now Kiss” to myself as a joke when Starlight and Trixie when they hugged in canon, so I was like, “I wonder what would happen if they actually did that.”

Hm, that’s a bit silly but it is your OTP.
Anyway, glad you enjoyed it. I tried to make both of them in character as possible, mostly Trixie since Starlight’s easy to write in romantic scenarios. All I have to do is just not over exaggerate her impulsive nature and I’m good. With Trixie, she’s mostly comedic relief and egotistical so that combo would be a challenge to write. Glad I managed to pull it off.
