At the Summer Sun festival, sacred or important books were stolen from Canterlot Library's restricted section. When leads start to go cold, Twilight, Rarity and friends search for clues to the missing texts before they become forgotten history.

Recommended reading in order. New chapters steadily released.

This is my first non-trollfic, so that's something I guess. Feedback and criticism appreaciated.

The two most widely used citation styles are APA and MLA. They define the format of an essay in terms of in-text citations and the placement of references on the Works Cited or Reference page. APA style essays follow a specific format, which means following the rules for organizing a research paper or essay and formatting citations established by an authoritative body, which is the American Psychological Association.

There is also a set of rules used to organize the information in the referenced material as well as the overall formatting of the paper. The APA style essay has the following page format: double spacing and left-align text; one-inch margins on all sides; and paragraphs indented. Examples can be found at professional essay writing service.
The APA style essay cover page looks as follows:

- Contains the page number located between the top edge of the sheet and the first line of text;
- The page title contains the first three words of the title and is placed in the upper right corner at the top;
- a running line only on the title page, typed in upper case not more than 50 characters (including punctuation and spaces). In the case of long titles, the running line may end with the word fully written, but not separated. The running line is placed in the left margin below the page title.
- The title of the paper, written in upper and lower case letters, is centered and placed in the top half of the page. If it is long, use a double space between the lines.
- The author's name or the student's last name is placed below the last line of the title in capital and lower case letters.
- The affiliation or class in upper and lower case is placed below the author's name.

Every piece of information used in an essay or research paper that is not part of personal knowledge should be documented in the text as an in-text citation and at the end of the paper on the "References" page, where complete information about the source is indicated. Different essay formats written in APA citation style will have the same formatting of the title page, in-text citations, and references. The rules that apply to citations are more complex and extensive than the formatting requirements for the title page. Nevertheless, the basic model for referencing in an APA-style essay is as follows:

I feel enlightened, thank you for your dissection on the nuances between APA and MLA. From this point on, I will reference all of my pony sources in an orderly conduct, perhaps even Harvard Reference my pones. If you would like to discuss MLA further and the symbolism between MLA and Spike the Dragon's sketchy behaviour, my DM's are open. I would suggest you copypasta'd this beautiful excerpt, but citation needed.

This is my first non-trollfic,

But this is the only story you've written so far...

Hey, it was just for fun and a bit of sarcasm. :)

My previous works were done in collaboration with a friend on another account. I made this one just to try a different kind of story. Thank you for reading. :)

So far, this has been a decent story. You have a good premise, and the plot seems to be evolving nicely. I am noticing quite a lot of mechanical errors (grammar, punctuation, spelling) though, and there's a lot of odd phrasing in both narration and dialogue that makes the prose a bit hard to follow. I realize you have a lot of other chapters out already, but I think it might be worth it to come back and do a rewrite of these first few to give this story a more solid start.
