I think you have a good story buried in this, but it's hard to get at it due to the faulty prose. There are a significant number of mechanical errors (grammar, punctuation, etc) and odd phrasing, which make this very difficult to follow. If this was translated from another language, I can understand these problem being there, but the fact remains that it's just too difficult to read as-is.
