it's not bad. It is meant to be degusting. Because that's how we are post to feel when a person takes a dump. If I was in a bathroom with another women it would be very awkward. Public bathrooms and watching them would be super awkward. (if you do this in real life you might go to prison for stalking them.)

for me i think it's a 4/10 but it is meant to be because it's a poop fiction so >.> ussually it's common to have 2/10 - 4/10 range.
If your trying to get people to feel uncomfortable and disgusted that rating range would be at least a 6/10.
