This was an extremely hot story! Hopefully you write more with both Fenris and Kara getting dommed by others. Theyre both adorable!
Gotta say, i'm into plenty of dark stuff and this is no exception, it was super hot. But at the same time, one of the times where i feel sad for the characters, maybe because they were developed and the struggle of their will was palpable. Makes me wish there was either an alt ending where they are able to fight it, or some other stories with these characters.

I would have liked if she had thought to herself to produce strong foals for him. That her inner pride morphs to the new situation.
Maybe a little sneaky tenderness would help. Conditional kindness can be a very powerful tool in breaking someone.
I would have liked a tad more seriousness. Like that they have friendships with some of the zebra's and have physical work as well. Also that there is a certain level of formality with the chief.
I also wonder about their care. How are they fed? Bathed? groomed and so on?
