Funny. But it was a good tease of a story!

Totally agreed with the note too. I expected cloak and dagger to not cause collateral until the right moment.
Sweetie Bot always makes for some good laughs. It's a shame you weren't able to do more with this. It's a good premise, but you had quite a few mechanical errors in there, and some awkward dialogue as well.
This one just seems a bit pointlessly edgy. I guess it works as a joke, which I would imagine is what you were going for with it, but I can't imagine myself ever taking this seriously as a full story.

I didn't spend too long in the editing phase for these stories, I was originally not going to post either because I felt they both on their own was not good enough. Not my best work of course but I tried an make it fun. One on one with Sweetie Bot with this story was hard, she wasn't a character that one could bounce off real well I guess. The edge in the second story was intentional and I tried using it in a way that could reveal things in the past such as calling Celestia out on lying to those around her. I know making a reference to a cool story doesn't mean that the story that references it is good but I thought that the idea of the story was fun and wanted to share.

The manual was a fun read
Premise is nice. I can tell the story started off more half joking.
But I think it could be worked into something. Think more like, for backstory sake, the sweetie bot is simply a brain copy from a filly, intentionally or unintentionally. Could be vague. Or Sweetie Belle was a sick filly, crazy scientist could, not save Sweetie, but preserve her, Thus sweetiebot. Rarity never finds out cause the mother was in denial that sweetie bot is not belle, fully at least. Lots of play for the opening.
I would like the Bot part to also be the age old she doesnt know shes a bot trope. Not stupidly tho, but like a change she cant place. Jokes, tho funny, and she laughs, doesn't feel a raw to her anymore? Maybe shes just growing up. A major danger surprises her, but she "reacted" near unnaturally and subconsciously to avoid it. Good instincts? Or hard coding.
