I don't think you need to keep constantly referring to Twilight as a purple unicorn. It's a mistake called "Lavender Unicorn Syndrome".
Not bad so far, but you might wanna break up that big wall of text during the sequence of Spike giving Fluttershy a bath. It's usually a good idea to start a new paragraph whenever the narrative shifts to a new action or a new character.
So Rainbow Dash is Blue Falcon. What's Fluttershy's code name?
So, is this before the Cake Twins came into the picture, or is it afterward? Because depending on which it is, that could explain a lot about Pinkie Pie's skills and knowledge about foals here.

Yeah that's what I was thinking too. I was taught to break paragraphs at scene shifts and when a different character speaks. Though I do agree that the paragraph here was pretty long. Again thanks for the tips!
