I didn't think you'd get that interpretation from the scene :/

Given they still have hope for Twilight being found, and it's been less than two weeks (see the Twi x Sombra second scene), I'd say them not being in a depression is a reasonable prospect, especially since they all trust Princess Celestia to know what she's doing. I do see your point though, that I could add a line in the chapter to imply she told them about Luna's dream talks with Twilight.

Would that make it better?
