If you wanna be facetious, chocolate is poisonous to pretty much everything.
Humans just happen to have a random mutation that lets our bodies process it much better then other animals so, Angel's gonna have one helluva tummy ache and i'm sure he's gonna turn that into a head ache for Fluttershy as she takes care of him.
