I'd say you need to make your blurb more engaging.
I find there's nothing about it that makes me want to delve into the story, as it sounds like every Fallout fic in general 'making friends in the Equestrian Wasteland' is the core principle (for the most part) of a FO:E fic.

You also don't need to put that it's a side story in the short description at least, I'd put it at the very bottom of the main blurb if you must have it, as most that know anything about FO:E will know it's a side story.
