Really, the evil adults of KND were a LOT closer to being real threats than most from the Captain Planet cartoons.
The adults in KND were bungling buffoons and that is what caused the issues
The villains of Captain Planet were more show boaters than anything which kept the real damage they could have caused down

that is an odd comment but one I feel is utterly accurate. the only 'good news' is that most of the villains in KND are just weirdos. Like 'no ice cream for kids' or 'no kids in the pool' but some like Father are kinda spooky

Last time I checked, there was a lunch lady who purposefully gave kids pink eye just to get the crust from said pink eyes, in order to make pie crust.
I'd say commiting biological terrorism, child exploitation, unsafe food products, multiple ethical and moral violations, combined with at least half a dozen other crimes, makes her a VERY serious, yet also strange villian.

Oh yeah, not to mention she does come back later on and actually tries to murder the KND. perhaps one of the only villains to try and go that far.
