Dragonborne Fox

It's one thing to create/throw already-established characters in a story of some kind. It's another thing to develop those characters, regardless of the situation they're in.

This story is a sequel to Cutie Mark Crusaders Fantasian City-State Historians, YAY!!!!!!

Spoiled Rich thought she had it all—an obedient daughter emulating her every whim, a dutiful, rich husband whom she kept in the dark about many things, and a nice, cushy job as the Superintendent of Ponyville's school board. Yet one report done by three fillies undermined her authority—dared to question it, even. Worse, she had been summoned by the Equestrian Education Association, for slights real and perceived. The question is, can she come out of this meeting with the EEA, and still smell like roses?

*Takes place during Arc VI of Arcane Shadow, but not tagged Crossover because it features very little crossover elements. Tagged teen for Karen levels of entitlement. Edited by Kiernan. Cover art by cheezedoodle on Derpibooru. I think I may have started an entire flippin' universe now...

Well done.

11437941 Pray tell, what did you like most about this side-story?

11437943
The most? Ponies actually having some common sense & dealing with a crime properly instead of that dribble from the show. And Spolied realizing she was doomed. Was funny when she actually turned tail and tried to run.
I only got into the fandom because of the quality work done by the fandom, like what you've done here. So thanks for sharing this.

11438026 This was an idea I could not pass up, and was surprised had not been done before insofar as I know. What did you like most? :D

In the interests of following the title...

Ivory Scroll leafed through the second sheaf, seeing a bunch of receipts for a string of fancy, but ultimately useless, jewelry items and spa treatments. "And this is…?"

Let's be real here. The mare has one outfit. One.

And her makeup department isn't doing her any favors either. She's not embezzling any money for vanity projects.

If she was doing it for Diamond Tiara I might believe it, although all this head cannon accomplishes is to make the school board look more incompetent.:facehoof:

Chancellor Neighsay nodded. "On that, the both of us can agree," he said. "However, the birdie is… neither pony, nor strictly Equestrian. Where they go, they do so whenever they please. In fact, I hear they've taken quite a few trips to Fantasia as of late, to monitor the sister world's situation. Regardless, they have been allowed… residence in Equestria, on a strictly tight leash."

We both know it's Discord.:rainbowdetermined2:

While children can trace hoofwriting, it takes years of practice—years of practice that your daughter simply does not have, even with your guidance.

"Golly Gee! My mouthwritting sure fooled you though didn't it?"-A pegasus filly, whose still smarter than the equestrian government.:pinkiecrazy:

Incidentally, ponies write with their mouths or horns, but ehh whatever.

In addition, your daughter, I hear, has naturally messy hoofwriting—a consequence of you not so much as training her to write neatly, as you are raising her with the wrong lessons in mind."

I don't see that slipping by Spoiled, considering how much of a stickler for presentation she is, and since she has a position which requires a lot of writing, but to each their own.

Spoiled Rich smirked. "Because Fantasia doesn't deserve to have anypony know about it—it just needs to be conquered by ponies who are rich, and its inhabitants made to work like the serfs they are," she said confidently. "It has no culture, no history, nothing of value to the rich."

Chancellor Neighsay slowly, almost deliberately, raised a brow. "Is that so…?" he said, seeming to consider the words carefully.

Headcannon racist, meet canon racist.:ajsleepy:

You're very fortunate your daughter and her lackey aren't that physically violent—maybe the occasional bruise here and there, but that doesn't excuse the emotional abuse your daughter heaps onto others."

Literally locked teenagers in a room for not being ponies.:ajbemused:

Chancellor Neighsay shook his head. "Really? Because according to Medical Records and his affidavit," he summoned forth another stack of papers from the ether, "you had been gallivanting around town, showing off and bragging about your supposedly endless wealth to anypony who'd give you the time of day." He levitated the stack over to Spoiled Rich to let her see it for herself.

She must have been doing it quite covertly to go unnoticed for five seasons.:rainbowhuh:

Chancellor Neighsay's eye began to twitch. "If you're willing to spout such rubbish, tell me, then… what would you say about our Fantasian neighbors, the very same ones who were… mistreated enough to make the newspaper?" he asked. "The very same ones… who refused to show their faces to the Equestrian public afterwards? "

Probably the same thing you said in season 8. You remember don't you Chancellor?

"Well, perhaps you should return to your kind."

"How could we have let such a pony preside over an entire school?" Astute Query questioned, glaring at Spoiled.

Yes please! Enlighten me! How did it happen?!

Considering it was so glaringly obvious to literally everyone around here?!:twilightangry2:

At the very least, he'll be able to raise your daughter right, potentially before your fate that now looms behind you becomes her fate as well.

Our only hope is that she suffers having to learn how to live honestly.:rainbowlaugh:

Also I think you meant before not behind.

It's important to get the details right, especially when you're writing a hate fic.

Kudos for acknowledging DT as being terrible too though.:pinkiehappy:
