Mike the Red

I do this just for fun -- but sometimes I take myself a little too seriously. I know life's too short, but -- you know...

T

Michael Walker got a divorce.
Some time passed after that, and he purchased a life-size plush of a non-canon OC pony.
Several months after receiving her, a miracle happens for him -- his plushie comes to life.

This tale involves their interaction.

Alternate chapters will be an alternate universe where Michael Walker wakes up in Equestria laying next to the real-life version of the plushie he owns, a brown earth pony mare by the name of Nanaimo.

As a native Nanaimoite, I love the name you chose.

nanaimo? Like the dessert? or like the place?

Funny thing is, she's named after both, her cutie mark is the dessert.
The OC is not mine, belongs to someone else.
I don't think anyone else has written about her on this site.

you got it, thanks for responding

I suddenly have a very, very bad feeling about this.

We were just about to my car when everything went pitch black, as though the entire world, no, the entire universe had blinked out of existence, leaving just the two of us looking at each other in bewilderment by this disorienting turn of events.

Sh*t just went from 0 to 50 to 150 in the span of a little more than a chapter

a life-size plush of a non-canon OC pony.

Is it possible to buy something like that in real life?

yes, on Twitter is a plush maker who has made a few of these for me.

Interesting premise, but wouldn't OCs be considered like sons or daughters of their creators?

I suppose so, but I fell in love with that brown pony...

Would you mind moving the chapters around so that the different versions are together?

I don't think you actually can do it without some excessive crap. As in, copy a chapter, delete it, and then re-post it in whatever section you're aiming for. And I'm pretty sure that it's a no-no anyways, so unless you wanna make a separate story entirely dedicated to the AU chapters–which again I'm pretty sure is a no-no on account of them being too similar–you're shit outta luck

Then again I don't know a damn thing about the finer details of the rule book, so I could be entirely wrong here. Sorry for not being very helpful, I'm just spouting what I know.

It's simple, it is how I move alternate chapters in between one of my stories, The Curse of Undeath.

On the story's front page where you see the list of chapters with the boxes where the blue checkmark shows up along with the dates and stuff, there are four small dots identical to the four dots on a single die. You can click and hold on them with the left mouse button and drag them up or down the list to where they should be, after you are satisfied, just click on the green Save Chapter Order button at the bottom left of the page.

I am so fuckin lost on what the actual hell is going on in this story!

First of all this story has such an intriguing concept however I am so fuckin lost that I’m spending more time trying to piece together what is going on more than reading the actual story. We’re jumping around so much in attitude of characters and we are absolutely blazing through any semblance of character development.

Again intriguing concept but execution leaves much to be desired, if you enjoy this story awesome keep reading however I must cease here. I do hope you continue to write and enjoy author and that many others can enjoy it too, so with that I wish you all a decent read.
