Sorta. I didn't imagine Cream Heart as having his girls' kinds of proportions. Cream Heart is a bit tall but still a svelte hourglass; I actually had a particular person in mind when I envisioned her. I'd say Sweetie has a body more like Hevexy's depictions of her.
